Établissement en travaux donc difficile de dire beaucoup plus.
Personnel très sympas

Cons:

L’établissement était au courant que nous serions 8 dans une suite mais on a dû chercher après des draps et prendre des coussins des lits pour pouvoir dormir sur le canapé-lit.
J’ai demandé également des essuies en plus par téléphone mais jamais reçu. Car il n’y avait que 6 essuies au total dans la chambre, à nouveau on était 8…

Pros:

Location to Universal. Friendly staff. Bed comfy

Cons:

Hotel middle of renovations- construction zone some areas. Fire alarm went off moment got to room. Bathrooms need updating have black mold areas. Pull out couch dated. Parking fees ridiculous

I would recommend staying here, but make sure to bring your own snacks and drinks.
Pros:

Staff was helpful and friendly. Amazing room. Comfortable bedding.

No access to snacks and drinks. We tried every floor and machines were unplugged or cash only.

The price is right and worth it. This is my second time choosing it.
Pros:

The staff are enthusiastic and willing to serve.It is very close to Universal Studios and there is a shuttle bus, which is very convenient.

Cons:

The bathroom was old-fashioned, with black dirt in the corners and the floor looked a bit dirty, even though it was cleaned. The bathtub drain in my room was broken.

Disappointing-- I wish I was able to get a refund...
Pros:

The staff and location was the only good thing about this place.

Cons:

Paid parking..... I feel like if we are renting a room we shouldnt have to pay for parking! The plumbing in the shower were all falling off the walls so we had to be extra cautious when using it. The carpet is so bad in the hallways that we are unable to roll our suitcases due to it being rolled up and needing replaced. The elevators made horrible noises and made us feel unsafe but due to us being on the 8th floors with tons of luggage from our cruise the stairs were not an option. It does look like they have recently did some work in the room we were in but it was not quality work. I plugged my straightner in and thought the outlet was going to go through the wall due bad sheetrock repair. We checked in long enough to take showers and checked out. Its just not something that you expect to see and have that close to Universal at a Holiday Inn.... I can expect this out of a Super 8 or a Motel 6 but Holiday Inn has always held a HIGH standard to me.

It was close to Universal.

Cons:

It would have been nice to know that the hotel is under construction. Dust and dirt everywhere. Bathrooms are extremely small with zero counter space. No nooks to hang towels of bathroom items.

It is very close to the parks.

Cons:

Renovation in the lobby. Breakfast was in the adjacent TGIF building and it was quite expensive all you can eat breakfast but the selection was very very limited.
Shower needs renovation. Rooms are quite dated and it screams 90s.
