was almost perfect but parking upcharge & mini fridge ruined perfect score
Pros:

Staff was amazing, bartender was definitely on point and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

Pay for parking. And they want to charge you for each day. so tired of this pay for parking scam. $30 a day so a week stay could be over $210 just for parking. And room had Mini - mini fridge. Not a even close to even a decent size refrigerator

It was excellent and would love to stay there again.
Pros:

The separate bedrooms from the living area. Spacious and it was perfect for my mom and sister and my family while still feeling like we were in the same room

Cons:

Having to pay to park kind of stinks but other than that no complaints.

It was ok. It didn't have some of the amenities I would have hoped for. It was in a good area.
Pros:

Location, beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch. Most of the employees were very nice and pleasant.

Cons:

We had two different mechanical issues with our room. One was a plumbing issue that was occurring when we first got our room and made the toilet unusable for a time after we got there, and the other issue was a few days later with the refrigerator and ended up causing us to miss the shuttle to the theme park that morning. Things were fixed after I called about them, the maintenance men were very nice and did a great job, but there was an attempt from the front desk person to be dismissive and blame us for for "filling the fridge too full (it was not overfull) which would cause it to not get cold enough; but they could replace it if we wanted". (After the maintenance man told us that "we needed a new freezer, and he would be back with one") Waiting on that to get fixed (because my daughter has a medication that has to stay refrigerated, caused us to miss the hotel shuttle to the theme park, because we couldn't leave before we had refrigeration for the medication- so we had to drive and pay extra for parking.
There was no breakfast included, and we had to pay $30 a day just to park there at the hotel. The prices for a can of pop or bottle of water were extremely expensive.

My room smelled and so did the whole section of room 117. Once you walk into the other side of the hotel it did not smell though. The bathroom is not well kept. When I went to open the bathroom door it seems to had been painted shut.

This hotel is like a low-cost airline: they charge extra for parking and breakfast. The information regarding breakfast is misleading—it says "included," but I was traveling with a group of seven, and the reservation only covers two breakfasts. That’s the downside: you either have to go out and find breakfast elsewhere, or wait a long time for it to be prepared.

Pros:

Dolphhy was amazing absolutely a great guy. Sent me up to the room without me knowing, a platter of cheese and.crackers and fruit up for my fathers passing. Also the front desk was great and amenable to suggestions. Rooms were clean and very nice
