Pros:

Dolphhy was amazing absolutely a great guy. Sent me up to the room without me knowing, a platter of cheese and.crackers and fruit up for my fathers passing. Also the front desk was great and amenable to suggestions. Rooms were clean and very nice

First Impressions is very important

Pros:

The hotel is excellent. Beautiful, clean and good location close to I-4.

Cons:

I believe charging $30 for parking is absolutely ridiculous. If the hotel would have been in a different area further from the Orlando attractions they would have not charge any. This is the first time I had to pay for parking in a hotel in Orlando.

The hotel was nice and the beds comfortable. Should be upfront about the parking charge when booking the hotel and also
Pros:

The staff was very nice and the facilities had a lot to offer.

Cons:

I didn’t like that when we checked in, there was a black mold ring around the toilet but the staff was able to come and clean it out. We really don’t like that we do not know there was a charge of $33 a day to park there.
