Great views of the Port of Miami
Pros:

Very friendly greeting on arrival and all staff very pleasant throughout the stay. The rooftop pool was wonderful. The food and service in the restaurant were excellent both for dinner and breakfast. Miami Cruise Terminal is 1.8 miles away and can be walked from the hotel.

Cons:

A bit noisy because of both local building work and the location of the hotel on Route1, this would not however prevent us from returning to stay in the future.

Ingen sol ved pool før efter kl. 13 - meget dårlig betjening. levede ikke op til forventninger

Nyt og rent - stort værelse med 2 gode senge - flot udsigt fra balkon

Cons:

Pool område - her var der først sol efter kl. 13, meget dårlig betjening og flere produkter var menukortet ved poolen var udsolgt. Der udover var betjenning ikke imødekommende som man oplever stort set alle andre steder.

Bon emplacement (à côté du Kaseya Center). Hotel agréable, lit confortable.

Cons:

Uniquement un valet Parking 46$ les 24h (mais c’est les prix dans la ville voir un peu moins cher)

I gave him a $40 dollar tip and he looked at me and said $60 is customary 😡I absolutely said what 😡gave him another $20 just so I don’t have my car damaged for some reason but that’s bullshit .

We really liked the hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was good and clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There is no soundproofing at all, which can be an issue if you’re sensitive to noise.
