NÃO RECOMENTO DE JEITO NENHUM, PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO EM SITUAÇÃO DE EMERGÊNCIA.

Experiência extremamente decepcionante.
Tivemos um grave problema com a chave do quarto, que simplesmente travou, deixando-nos do lado de fora por mais de 1h30. Durante todo esse período, solicitamos diversas vezes que o recepcionista do turno da noite acionasse alguém para resolver a situação. No entanto, ele demonstrou total falta de proatividade e só tomou providências depois que precisei elevar o tom de voz devido à minha indignação.
Outro ponto desagradável foi a dificuldade na comunicação. Apesar de falar espanhol, o recepcionista insistia em se comunicar apenas em inglês, o que dificultou ainda mais o entendimento e atrasou a solução do problema.
Quando o técnico finalmente conseguiu abrir a porta, tivemos mais uma surpresa negativa: o quarto não havia sido limpo nem arrumado. O próprio técnico comentou mais de uma vez com a recepção para realizar a troca do quarto. Ainda assim, fomos informados de que a limpeza seria feita apenas na manhã seguinte.
Como se não bastasse, aguardamos mais de 30min enquanto o técnico tentava resolver definitivamente o problema da fechadura, sem sucesso. Diante da evidente incapacidade de solucionar a situação, tive que descer novamente à recepção e insistir, já bastante estressada, para que o quarto fosse finalmente trocado.
O banheiro apresentava um problema de vazamento no banho, causando alagamento do piso e deixando o ambiente molhado e inseguro após o uso.
O café da manhã foi decepcionante, com poucas opções no serviço à la carte e limitação de apenas uma bebida e um item de alimentação, ficando abaixo das expectativas devido à falta de variedade e flexibilidade.
A experiência foi extremamente frustrante devido ao atendimento inadequado, falhas de comunicação, demora na resolução de problemas, deficiências de manutenção e café da manhã insatisfatório, esta foi uma das piores experiências de hospedagem que já tivemos e está muito distante do padrão de qualidade esperado para um hotel dessa categoria.

Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff sempre pronto a risolvere ogni tipo di criticità. Ottima la posizione a Downtown a Miami.

Cons:

La camera era molto grande, tuttavia l' ambiente bagno sembrava, a partire dalle mattonelle in parte macchiate,un ambiente distinto dal living. L' arredamento, inoltre,si presentava poco curato.

It was a nice layout and the staff were amazing!! We received a personalized greeting in the room, which was a very nice touch.

Cons:

I didn't like the landlord special... The room was painted over dirt it seems like it. The chair was dirty. The balcony door did not lock. We were on the 12th floor but I still didn't feel comfortable. I told the staff and showed pictures but they were like meh.. Housekeeping took my daughter's personal towels.

Not a Small luxury hotel
Pros:

First off the positives, the pool and the 14th floor was just to be done and has pool connected to it and that area is beautiful. The location is wonderful and very accessible to public transportation, including the Metro mover lines and all the museums. The staff was wonderful and attended. The negatives definitely not luxury in my room. My table was stopped up. They arrested immediately, but unstop the tub they left water all over the floor and not cleaned up till I reported it to the front desk. The tiles on the floor were worn, as well as the furniture in the room shipped and worn and not top class. The tiles on the floor in the hallway or separating, and the wall was peeling off the wall. The bit screws on my bed and stains all over it. The mini bar in the room was very adequate with good coffee. I ordered from the bar at the rooftop and a chicken wrap is very good.

Great stay!
Pros:

We had a great 1 night stay prior to a cruise, central location easy to get around. Delvis was very friendly and accommodating and even gave us a bottle of champagne as we are celebrating our honeymoon!
