Everybody was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and even though we were early we were able to check in.
We didnt have hot water for the shower but we reported it and they set about fixing the problem
Das Personal ist nett, unser Zimmer sehr großzügig und die Ausstattung war ok.
Die Toilette war immer wieder verstopft , wurde zwar repariert bzw. Der Hausmeister kam mit der Saugglocke jedesmal an, aber es half nicht. Die letzen Tage sind wir immer im Restaurant auf das WC gegangen, es war zu stressig. Einmal ging plötzlich der Feueralarm im Zimmer an, einfach so. Die Bodenplatten beim Swimmingpool sind gefährlich, beim Aussteigen aus dem Pool aufpassen. Es ist gefährlich glatt, mein Mann rutschte aus. Ist Gott sei Dank nichts passiert. Frühstück war auch ein wenig komisch, man bekam entweder Kaffee oder Saft, nicht beides zusammen. Der eine Swimmingpool befindet sich in Renovierung.

Out of all the thing's I think we loved the bathroom in our room the most. It was so spacious it was a whole other room. The shower and bath was perfect for two. The two sink's helped us get ready. And we were in love with the soap. We didnt use our own that we brought!
That on booking i specified my check-in time and personally contacted the hotel and I still waited almost 3 hour's for my room without my luagge..
The staff was friendly and anytime I needed anything it was available and fast. Lobby and hall ways were very clean. Pool area was clean and easy to access. There was baggage assit when we left.
I did not like how difficult it's was to get to the hotel. (ALOT OF CONSTRUCTION) Temporary i guess, everything closed early. Also in the room things didn't work to my satisfaction but some what exceptable. The tv had problems and the sliding door was broke. Things were fixed.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. The bar on the ground floor wasn’t open and this would have been nice to use instead of having to use the main restaurant just for drinks.

This was one of the worst hotels that I stayed in the last twenty years.
We reserved a pool side view room, after waitting 8 hours to get or room, it turns out our room had no view of the pool, which was being remodeled at the time of our reservation.
Their are no vending machines or gift shop to bring beverages or snacks to room, the dining was over priced, and I did not have a descent meal.
I recommend you look else where for a room pre-cruise or post cruise.. Never again for me.
