We sufferd assult and the hotel was NOT ready!
Cons:

I had a terrible experience. At 4am a drunk man tried to enter our room, a room shared with my family of 4; wife, daughter and son. We called the front desk several times asking for security, however, they never answerd on time. They answerd 10 minuts later while the drunk was trying to enter our room, and finally sended someone 15 minutes after the phone call, when the drunk man was alredy gone. When we reported the problem in the moring they just brushed it off. We understand in the morning it was too late to try to solve soemthing, but its important that we report this publicly so that the hotel pays more attention to their guests in the night.

Good location, partially nice view, outdated, not 4* worthy
Pros:

I had one night. I got a free upgrade to a Junior Suite which was very big. Location was great for me as I deliberately choose this hotel as it was close to a club. I did not try the pool and I had no breakfast. Personnel were good and friendly. Good shower.

Cons:

The room had single glass, I was on 11th floor and with all windows closed I could hear clearly the cars from the highway that is directly next to this hotel. I slept with ear plugs and that went good though.
Be aware, there is a new highway being build next to this hotel. However I visited on Saturday/Sunday so no construction going on. Imagine if they start to work...
And the airco made a lot of noise. I turned it off which worked for me. When I went out, I let the airco run.
Final point, the room is clearly outdated, the floor of the big bathroom needs to be renewed, the cracks on the wall junctures need to be fixed, you see wear & tear in many places. The bath tub was functional but just a plastic tub (and ugly). For a 4* hotel it is not good enough.

High end hotel, great for girls weekend!

We didn’t spend too much time at the property.
Pool looked nice. Located downtown Miami.
Close to the airport. Would stay there again.

Cons:

40 $ per night parking. Refrigerator in room is full of their hotel beverages that are very expensive if you drink them.

Almost not quite right
Pros:

I loved the hotel it's a beautiful hotel. Everyone was nice. I will stay here again.

Cons:

I didn't like that I requested an oceanview with a balcony and I received a city view with all the noise.

A fantastic hotel in Miami, perfect for exploring the city
Pros:

The Grayson Hotel was the perfect base for our stay in Miami. The location is excellent, very close to downtown, midtown and south beach and with easy access to public transport. The room was clean and spacious.

What really made the difference, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations or any request we had. Special thanks to Tyrhimba who helped us with restaurant reservations and other activities even beyond his working hours!

Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast was tasty and offered good-quality ingredients, although we found it a little on the heavy side for our preferences. We also would have appreciated a bit more flexibility when it came to making small changes to the breakfast options.
