I'll come back!!!!
Pros:

First and foremost, the outstanding kindness of the staff! They were all trying to anticipate our needs, and when we had a question, any of them would try his best to answer, and make us happy! that's the most outstanding experience I had in an hotel. On top of this, the rooms are very nice, comfy, and the 'ambiance', in the rooftop is crazy! Plus the jazz concerts in the bar at the lobby....that's really giving us the feeling we're at home!

Perfect theater district location
Pros:

Great Theater District location. Super easy to walk to restaurants, bars and theaters in the area. Room was nice and clean.

Cons:

We loved that we were allowed to check in early, however the room we had was directly next to the elevators. All day and night you could hear the clanking of the elevators. Id suggest asking for a room not abutting them if possible.

Excellent stay ! I thought the hotel was perfect, clean and comfy and the staff was amazing
Pros:

The hotel actually smelled amazing! The ambiance was great. Close proximity to the Opera House/theater district. The parking garage was easily accessible. No hassle checking in and parking

Cons:

Nothing major...Coffee wasn't self serve on the first day(had to go to the restaurant) ..I like to fix my own .. They could use a selection of creamers...

Zentrales Hotel , Salem und Abdel waren SUPER !
Pros:

Das Highlight des Hotels waren Salem und Abdel, die beiden Angestellten in der Lobby. Durch ihr freundliches und hilfsbereites Handeln bekam ich meinen verlorenen Koffer wieder. Ich bin begeistert!

Cons:

Housekeeping könnte besser sein. Teppich war nicht gesäubert. und im Zimmer war ein unangenehmer Geruch….

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé pour une visite de Boston, le personnel est très sympathique, et les lits parfaitement confortables!

Cons:

Un peu dommage que la terrasse supérieure ne soit pas ouverte toute la journée pour en profiter dès le matin.
