I enjoyed the welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and close access to attractions in Boston.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us staying as first time tourists, we were in walking distances to a lot of food places and attractions.

Cons:

One night, I was very cold in the hotel room and our room wouldn’t heat past 70. My husband was able to get another blanket from the front desk and that helped a lot.

We had a great stay here! We will definitely be coming back next time!
Pros:

Clean, welcoming, very attentive staff, kind staff who went above and beyond more than once.

Cons:

No pool/hot tub.
No “to-go” snacks, like vending machines, snack bar, stuff like that.
Not the best location.

CLEAN, COMFY, CHILL AND RELAXED VIBE. GOOD LOCATION TOO!
Pros:

STAFF WERE JUST RIGHT AMOUNT OF FRIENDLY. FOUND IT TO BE CHILL... WE WERE GIVEN OUR SPACE TO RELAX IN COMMON AREAS AND PEOPLE WERE HELPFUL IF WE NEEDED IT BUT THEY JUST HAD THAT VIBE OF WE WERE OKAY DOING OUR OWN THING (WORKING ON LAPTOP, WATCHING GAME ON THE TV, MAKING TEA, ETC). ROOM SPACE WAS CLEAN AND COMFY AND WE LOVED THE LOCATION. WILL DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN.

Great location, lacking basics

Cons:

Needs refurbishment, windows filthy blocking nice views, a little bit of paint would go a long way on grey demented balconies.
Room was not made up two days in a row, had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper etc
More attention to detail needed to increase the experience

Never again!
Cons:

Our check-in was a nightmare! The dude was so rude that we asked to talk with his manager. And was only the beginning. It was impossible to take a shower because the water was cold in both rooms. We were on the 19th floor and were supposed to have a nice view, but the windows were so dirty that you couldn't see outside. In one room, the sink faucet was loose and dripping. A couple of the outlets didn't work.
A horrible experience.
We will never stay at this hotel again.
