Good value for downtown, great location to walk to sites.
Pros:

Room was good and clean. Breakfast box was easy to take back to the room and morning coffee/tea bar was well stocked and attended to by staff.

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located for our next leg of travelling. Our room has a direct view of the Kingston Crowford wharf and the lake, the view is wonderful!

Cons:

The pre-boxed breakfast was not what we have expected. The shower faucet in our room did not function properly.

Good for the price and a short stay!
Pros:

Good for the price: room wasn't small, beautiful view of the lake, nice staff.

Cons:

There are stairs leading from the sidewalk to the entrance so it was difficult to navigate with luggage. The furniture seemed to be a bit old/outdated.

Good standard hotel . Recommended
Pros:

Waterside Hotel at heart of Downtown and shopping area. Large comfortable well furnished and equiped rooms. Helpful and efficient reception staff . Good ensuite . Clean and spotless
