If you get the room at a good price it makes up fro the paid parking
Pros:

View from room. Clean and had a fridge. Spacious room.

Cons:

Old style coffee machine. Weak coffee. Site does not tell you there is no parking but you can pay for under ground parking.

A great choice when you want to stay downtown. Lots of great bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Reception staff extremely nice and the location was perfect for my purpose
Pros:

Location is excellent in the heart of downtown near the water front and across from City Hall walking distance to many commercial areas.
The staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Indoor parking is available on first come- first served basis. The parking is quite small but fortunately in the winter the occupancy was low and the parking was available (at a fee $25/night)

Cons:

Breakfast was included but it was just a box with two cold boiled eggs, muffins and yogurt. A real buffet would have been much more appreciated
The hotel did not provide laundry service or laundry room, I had to walk 20 in the cold to get to a coin laundromat.
The hotel does not have a restaurant (at least during the winter season), but there are many restaurants around and one literally next door
