Great quality place, great staff and very clean.
Pros:

Great location near the city and water.

Cons:

Entrance to parking was too short for our vehicles (Ford F-150) so we had to pay for parking next to the property.

The garage parking space is very tight and the ceiling is not high enough to allow popup of trunk.

Great place to stay in the heart of Kingston, pleasantly surprised.
Pros:

I was just looking for a place to rest for the night, just traveling past. This place came up, I was nervous about the price vs cleanliness. No need to be worried this place was really clean, comfortable. Got an awesome rest.

Cons:

Parking was $20 but that was fine due to the price. The neighbouring room was noisy however they were quiet after 11.

Great Staff!! The gentleman that gives you your breakfast is very welcoming. I go here all the time for hospital visits.
Pros:

Great staff, Good Location on the waterfront. Healthy breakfast. Comfortable Bed.
