I recently stayed at the Ramses Hilton in Cairo, and overall, the experience was a mix of positives and areas that could use improvement.
The hotel’s location is definitely a strong point. It’s right in the heart of Cairo, overlooking the Nile and close to key attractions like Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. This made it very convenient for both sightseeing and transportation.
The room had a nice Nile view, which was a highlight of the stay. However, the furniture and decor felt a bit outdated, and some maintenance details could be improved. Cleanliness was acceptable, but not at the level expected from a five-star hotel.

I always stay at this beautiful hotel. I love my accommodation there. The staff makes me feel home. Reception is always welcoming and friendly and ready to go the extra mile. Housekeeping won’t stop caring and the rooms are always tidy and clean. Night and day restaurant offers a great variety of breakfast items. The intercontinental club at the Ambassador bar has the nicest staff members. Always warm hearted welcome, and hospitable. They are helpful with everything, even if it’s not their scope. I love this place and will always come back and recommend it to everyone I know.
