لم تكن الادارة متعاونه معي بخصوص نقلي لفرع سيتي ستار حيث ان كان لدي مؤتمر هناك وتم الحجز بالخطأ في فرع سميراميس ، واجهت صعوبة في التنقل والعمل لذلك لن احجز مرة اخرى في فنادق انتركونتينتيال

Cons:

Chaos im Frühstücksraum. Langsamer, unaufmerksamer und arroganter Service. Sowas hab ich in Ägypten noch nicht erlebt. Tischen werden zwischen den Gästen auch nicht wirklich sauber gemacht.
Zimmer sind OK aber auch nicht besonder. Es war kalt im Zimmer. Heizen nicht möglich und das Fenster war nicht luftdicht. Es zog.

Pros:

The security was very good around the building

Cons:

The breakfast was incredibly expensive for not a lot and my ‘non smoking’ room had been smoked in. Not at all up to the usual IHG standard (speaking as a member) it was also extremely noisy around the hotel and not much sound proofing.

تجربة لن تتكرر

لم أقم بالإفطار بالفندق لان سعر الاقامة لم يشمل ذلك رغم ان الليلة وصلت 350 دولار لليلة غير شامل الإفطار

للأسف فندق لا يرتقى إلى مستوى الخمس نجوم ولا اعلم كيف ادارة الفندق تصنف نفسها ان الفندق من فئة فنادق الخمس نجوم المبنى قديم الأثاث قديم اللوبى كئيب مساحة الشاور بالغرفة تجيب اختناق لانها مساحتها ضيقة ومع ذلك سعر اقامة الليلة يصل إلى 350 دولار بدون افطار سعر المشروب القهوة باللوبى غالى جدا الشئ الايجابى الوحيد للفندق إطلالة على النيل مع وجود بلكونة غير ذلك لا يوجد لن أفكر بالإقامة بالفندق مرة اخرى وبالنسبة لمعاملة الفريق معاملة جيدة للضيوف ولكن الفندق يحتاج كثيرا وكثيرا ليصبح من فنادق الخمس نجوم
