السائقين اللي امام الفندق مصدر ازعاج وقلق ولايمكن لساكنين التجول في الخارج دون ازعاج ومضايقه منهم

El alojamiento está bien pero la atención cuando realizamos la reserva no fue buena, intentamos comunicarnos con ellos por varias vías y solo una vez nos respondieron pero nunca nos resolvieron, el problema fue que por error reservamos un día antes y quisimos cambiarlo para extenderlo una noche extra y no nos ayudaron decían que nos teníamos que comunicarlos con booking y viceversa al final perdimos una noche y el hotel tenía disponibilidad

I recently stayed at the Ramses Hilton in Cairo, and overall, the experience was a mix of positives and areas that could use improvement.
The hotel’s location is definitely a strong point. It’s right in the heart of Cairo, overlooking the Nile and close to key attractions like Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. This made it very convenient for both sightseeing and transportation.
The room had a nice Nile view, which was a highlight of the stay. However, the furniture and decor felt a bit outdated, and some maintenance details could be improved. Cleanliness was acceptable, but not at the level expected from a five-star hotel.
And also need to thank mr. Henawy for his assistance and facilitate our accommodation
