Room floor 4 smells very bad and humidity smell is clear
When you try to enter the hotel from the street the security force you to enter from very far gate, claiming the forbidden gate is only for car exit, even there is a very large space to walk there and directly to the street.
Two check points of security doing the same thing, one when you enter from the street to the hotel, and the other when enter inside the hotel to the lobby.
The price difference between the city view and Nile view (40 USD) is exaggerated.

للأسف، تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت مخيبة للآمال ولا تتناسب مع سمعته.

حجزت غرفة بسرير كبير، لغير المدخنين، وبإطلالة كاملة على النيل، ودفعت مبلغًا أعلى مقابل هذه المواصفات. عند وصولي أخبرني موظف الاستقبال أنه لا توجد إلا غرفة بسريرين، للمدخنين، وبإطلالة جزئية على النيل. بمعنى أنني لم أحصل على الغرفة التي حجزتها ودفعت قيمتها.

أما التعامل، فكان أكثر ما أزعجني. وصلت للإفطار متأخرة قليلًا، وعندما طلبت الإفطار، رفع المسؤول عن الموظفين صوته وقال إن الوقت انتهى. كنت سأتفهم الاعتذار بكل احترام، لكن الصراخ على نزيل بهذا الأسلوب غير مقبول. وعندما حاول الشيف مساعدتي، جاءت الموظفة المسؤولة عن تقديم الطعام وقالت أمامي وبصوت مرتفع إن الوقت انتهى، في تصرف افتقر للباقة والاحترافية.

خدمة الغرف بطيئة أيضًا. كنت أطلب بعض الأشياء وأنتظر لساعات، والطعام نفسه لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع من فندق بهذه السمعة.

اخترت الفندق بسبب اسمه وسمعته، وذهبت وأنا أتوقع إقامة مريحة وممتعة، لكن تجربتي كانت عكس ذلك تمامًا.

اقامتي كانت مخيبة للآمال من لحظة الوصول حتى المغادرة، وأكثر ما أفسدها لم يكن نقص الخدمات وحده، بل أسلوب التعامل الذي جعلني أشعر أن راحة النزيل ورضاه ليست أولوية.
