Pros:

Nothing is like on picture. Rooms are old and not reappeared.

Cons:

Everything. Rooms are old and not repaired. Stuff is unpleasant and unprofessional. Very negative communication and approach.
Plus i forgot perfume and when i asked for it, they told me it’s not there even i know it is, as i called after short time.

Ich habe über Booking.com ein Zimmer gebucht und der gesamte Betrag wurde im Voraus von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht.
Bei meiner Ankunft im Hotel musste ich das Zimmer erneut bezahlen.

An der Rezeption wurde mir versichert, dass Booking den Betrag nicht abbuchen würde. Dadurch habe ich letztendlich doppelt bezahlt.

Als ich das Hotel später nochmals kontaktierte, erklärte mir ein Mitarbeiter, dass das Hotel kein Geld von Booking erhält, da Booking den Betrag angeblich einbehält und das Hotel deshalb erneut kassieren müsse.

Das entspricht jedoch nicht der Wahrheit.
Für mich ist das eine große Irreführung und absolut nicht akzeptabel.

Pros:

It is a fancy place and they have good souna and indoor pool. The breakfast was also amazing

Cons:

Il guardiano dello staff molto arrogante. Mi ha fatto spostare la macchina in un altro parcheggio.
Il giorno dopo mi sono trovato con la portiera ammaccata da un altra macchina.
L'acqua della piscina era fredda e quando abbiamo chiesto se era possibile alzare la temperatura ci è stato risposto che era perfetta così.
Ci siamo sentiti osservati per tutto il tempo da questo guardiano

Yeni, konforlu, temiz. Personel harika ilgili ve guleryuzlu.

Cons:

Bir kis tatili icin tercih ettik. Havuzun sicak olacagini umuyorduk. Fakat soguk oldugu icin kullanamadik. Masaj, spa, restaurant harikaydi.
