Pros:

Hotel na naprawdę wysokim poziomie! Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum Mostaru, a do tego przepiękny widok, który robi ogromne wrażenie. Komfortowe warunki, wyjątkowa atmosfera i doskonałe miejsce, aby zatrzymać się podczas zwiedzania miasta.

Zdecydowanie hotel godny polecenia każdemu, kto odwiedza Mostar. Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie. Gorąco polecamy!

Przestronny pokój

Cons:

W pokoju jest czajnik, ale nie ma żadnej filiżanki, herbaty czy kawy. Są szklanki, także można sobie wlać wrzątek do szklanki. Myślę, że na takim poziomie (4*) to takie rzeczy powinny być zagwarantowane.
Pościel niby wyprana, ale ogromne zacieki po niegdyś rozlanych napojach
W pokoju jest lodówka (mini bar) ale jest w niej ogromny syf, chyba nikt tam nie sprzątał od lat
Myślę, że skoro nazywają się SPA to warto byłoby żeby pokoje były wyposażone w jakieś szlafroki
Jest informacja, że nie można wnosić jedzenia do pokoju, wyłącznie to, które jest serwowane w restauracji, jednak restauracja choć ma godziny pracy do 23, to jednak serwuje tylko śniadania, które są na średnim poziomie - po dwóch dniach pobytu widać, że wszystko jest wystawiane z dnia poprzedniego.
Kontakty sa przy łóżkach ale działają jak włączone jest główne światło, także w nocy raczej nie naładuje się telefonu
Ogólnie nie wiem skąd te 4 gwiazdki.

Very enjoyable. The room was great and loved the staff especially in the restaurant
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the service and happy smiles from the staff mad it enjoyable. Loved our room up high and overlooking the old town and very clean. we acturally had two bedrooms

Parkirno mesto dovolj veliko in brezplačno.

Cons:

Soba je bila že malo dotrajana, potrebna obnove, TV ni delal, bazen zelo mrzel. Nismo dobili kopalnih plaščev.

Super location, good facilities, but very steep.
Pros:

A wonderful hotel—new, clean, and equipped with every amenity. The staff are very helpful, and everything runs smoothly. There’s parking, and the rooms are great; there’s even a spa! Breakfast is also good. The hotel is located right on the edge of the Old Town—but please be aware that it’s situated on a hill... actually, quite a steep hill. The parking area is on a very sharp incline. From the Old Town, you have to climb 37 steps to reach the main street, followed by another 75 steps—that’s 112 steps in total—plus an additional 200-meter walk uphill. It’s quite a challenge, so make sure you gauge your physical strength accordingly! That aside, the location is fantastic—you can easily walk to anywhere in the city, including all the museums.

Very clean and close to the city

Cons:

Nothing - but it is a steep hill to get to the hotel if you are walking to the old city. We had no issues but we could see that if there were a person who had some limitations it could be very difficult

Mindennel teljesen meg vagyok elégedve. Kedves volt a személyzet, finom volt a reggeli ételkínálat, tiszta a szállás és nagyon kellemes volt a wellness részleg is

Cons:

A szállást vacsorával együtt foglaltam le, viszont nem állt rendelkezésre. De nagyon kedvesek és megértőek voltak és a vacsora árát vissza is utalják.
