This hotel was very nice. Beautiful foyer, nice seating area. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful. We felt safe parking our car in the lot, they had security cameras of the lot.

Ok hotel. Not the best nor the worst Hyatt Place. Security in the area is high at the surrounding hotels because of car break ins. Decent location for sporting events.

The bathroom had a smell to it. I think it was the drain in the middle of the floor. Just needed a little tending to and it would be ok. The fan on the AC was loud.
The couch in our room was ripped and in poor condition.

One of the elevators was out of service for the full stay, resulting in 5–15 minute waits every time we came and went from our room.
One evening there was blood throughout the hallway outside our room, and we also observed blood in the parking lot. This was both unsettling and unacceptable from a cleanliness and safety standpoint.
Housekeeping only serviced our room on one of the two days we specifically requested service.
Breakfast was always very sloppy, picked over, and quite gross.
Great location with an accomodating staff. We loved the comfortable room with everything we needed including a fridge. Outdoor pool was great to use during the heatwave. The included breakfast was the BEST with so many healthy options!
