Zarezerwowałam i zapłaciłam za 2 pokoje. Na miejscu w hotelu recepcjonista poinformował mnie, że może pobrać opłatę z booking.com tylko za jeden z nich, za drugi zażądał dodatkowej płatności. Stwierdził, że pieniądze już pobrane za drugi z pokoi zostaną mi zwrócone. Kwestia księgowa. Po ponad miesiącu od pobytu nadal nie dostałam zwrotu pieniędzy. Bookin.com wymyśla coraz to nowsze dokumenty, które są im potrzebne żeby oddać pieniądze a Hotel Vienna Waterfront pomimo dwukrotnej prosby z mojej strony nie raczył nawet przysłać mi faktury za pobyt. Brak profesjonalizmu. Nie tego oczekiwałam po tej sieci. Nie polecam!

Pros:

Стаите са удобни и просторни, закуската е добре организирана, разнообразна, вкусна. Персоналът е отзивчив и усмихнат :) Кварталът е тих и комуникативен. Гледката към река Дунав сутрин и вечер е чудесна.
Много благодарим за възможността да се настаним по-рано.

אוהבת את המלון הזה, רק תסדרו את החימום בבקשה 🙏

המלון מהמם!! הצוות נפלא !!

Cons:

המזגן לא חימם בשני חדרים שהייתי בהם בקומה הראשונה. היה קפוא ביותר , הביאו לי מפזר חום אבל גם לו היה קשה מאוד בשעות הראשונות לחמם את החדר.

Colazione eccellente

Cons:

Nonostante la fermata della metropolitana non sia molto distante, d'inverno il tragitto è pesante soprattutto a fine giornata.
Consiglierei di aggiungere il servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto.
