The worst Hilton experience I have ever had anywhere in the world.

I have stayed in many Hilton hotels across different countries, and I have never encountered such a disappointing level of service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

The restaurant staff were shockingly rude and showed little respect towards guests. To make matters worse, communication was extremely difficult because several staff members could not properly communicate in English. Our orders were mixed up multiple times, and each meal became a frustrating experience rather than an enjoyable one.

The condition of the restaurant was unacceptable for a hotel of this category. It was visibly dirty, with spider webs in several areas — something I would not expect even from a budget hotel, let alone a Hilton.

The room was another major disappointment. It was not cleaned properly despite several complaints to the reception. I even provided photos and videos showing the problems, yet nothing changed. The lack of action and concern from the management was honestly shocking.

A luxury hotel is not just about the building or the brand name — it is about service, hygiene, and taking care of guests when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on all three.

I would never return to this property and would strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön an der Donau.

Cons:

Wir konnten anstatt mit 4 nur mit 2 Personen anreisen - es wurde das Frühstück für alle Personen abgerechnet - da war wenig Kulanz - schade. Das nächste Mal überlegen wir, ob wir dann tatsächlich mit 2 Personen anreisen oder doch lieber stornieren.

Tesisin nehir kenarında olması, manzarası, bahçesi çok güzel ve oda genişliği avrupa standartları için büyük.

Cons:

Tesisteki çalışanların hiç biri misafir ağırlama konusunda çok çok zayıflar herkes inanılmaz somurtkan ve ters ters konuşuyorlar sinirliler tatilde bu şekilde karşılanmak bu kadar suratsız olmaları can sıkıcı. Kesinlikle bir revuzyon gerekli.
