Hotel was undergoing renovation, but overall facility looked rundown. Also, during the night a fire alarm went off. When I asked the staff what was happening, their response was they did not know anything, nor did they offer any consoling empathy.
It was relatively close to the airport
I woke up with bedbug bites all over my legs. Reported it to the front desk but had to leave to catch an early plane. When I called the next day to see if they had checked the room they insisted that they brought out specialists to check and found “no dead bugs” in the room and no signs of any bedbugs. I still have the bites to prove otherwise but fear I have no recourse because it’s now my word against theirs and I wasn’t able to stay long enough to “make my case”.
I paid a lot for the room just for a place to sleep overnight before my flight.
Also, tho less important, the room was advertised as including breakfast and they wanted to charge me, claiming I didn’t sign up for the breakfast. So I skipped it.

Que pedí que me decoraran una habitación para novios y no sólo la decoraron, además añadieron detalles que fueron muy apreciados por los recién casados.
Entiendo que están haciendo un refurbishment pero algunos ambientes se ven muy desgastados. Mi habitación estaba muy bien excepto por la unidad de AC rota y bastante ruidosa.

The Four Points Sheraton Revere is a good hotel to stay near Logan if you are coming from the north. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the decor was uninspiring. The tv was opposite the sofa and was hard to see from the bed. The floors were plastic laminate. It is about 15 minutes by shuttle to the airport. They allowed me to keep my car at the hotel lot for the four days of my trip for $35 additional per night.
I arrived at about 11pm and it was so nice that the bar was still open and I could have a nightcap.
DO NOT waste your money staying here!!! When we pulled up to the hotel there was a man and a woman in the front doing drugs and when I told the receptionist when we were checking in, she said they were visiting a guest in the hotel. That led me to believe they purchased the drugs at the hotel. The receptionist wasn’t even bothered that she had two individuals drugged out in front of the hotel. Just business as usual. Then we could not get a decent nights sleep because we had a couple across from us that were fighting and screaming all through the night and into the early hours of the morning and a school trip with a bunch of teenagers that thought it was appropriate to scream and run up and down the halls at midnight. When we called the front desk to complain, they said they would take care of it but it continued throughout our stay. I could sum up this hotel in one word: GHETTO! It doesn’t even deserve one star! If I could give it negative stars I would!
