Speaking about The Park Hotel, I noticed that most of the guests were North Indians. During my stay as well, the majority of the guests appeared to be from North India.
As for the hotel itself, the rooms were very neat, clean, and well-maintained. However, I felt that the housekeeping staff were not always proactive in their duties. That said, if you specifically request cleaning or assistance, they will gladly take care of it. So, it is not a major issue, but you may need to remind them occasionally.
Regarding the breakfast, it is primarily focused on North Indian cuisine. There is a strong emphasis on salads and North Indian dishes, while South Indian breakfast options are quite limited. The same applies to lunch and dinner buffets. Rice-based dishes are usually limited, and you are unlikely to find items such as fried rice or biryani. Most of the time, they serve plain white rice with dal fry, while a significant portion of the buffet is dedicated to salads and lighter dishes.
Talking about the gym and spa facilities, they are located in a lower-level section of the property. The fitness center felt somewhat enclosed and dimly lit, almost like entering a basement area, which was not particularly inviting or comfortable in my opinion.
Another thing I noticed was that Indian liquor options were quite limited, and the available beverages seemed relatively expensive.
Overall, it is a decent hotel for a short stay of one or two days if you do not mind spending a little extra. The biggest advantage is its location. It is situated on MG Road, close to the famous Taj MG Road Bengaluru, making it a convenient choice for visitors.

I stayed for a night at this hotel. It is a decent hotel very well located on MG Road in Bangalore. The rooms are OK and need some upgrade in due course. Food and service are fairly good. I also have the feeling that the hotel, being in a prime area, is restricted by space
