Terrible.
Pros:

Besides the location, nothing really.
The ACs didnt work and the staff was trying to convince me that they are! Had to sleep with the door to the balcony open!!
My colleague in the next room complained about the same thing and her army of friends got aggressive, so the staff changed the room.
And on telling them of the horrible experience at checkout - not a decent apology.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty
Staff inconsiderate and unapologetic
ACs non functioning of a whole floor - and the staff doesnt bother doing any thing about it. And let the guests suffer

Pros:

The room was comfortable and well-maintained. However, the room categorized as "Premium" did not feel as premium or spacious as I expected for that category.
Regarding the staff, I found the restaurant and bar staff to be very courteous, professional, and helpful. On the other hand, the reception staff could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming.
The hotel gym and spa are located in the underground level, which is convenient for guests looking to relax or work out during their stay.
Food is an area where I feel there is room for improvement. The buffet breakfast and dinner featured a larger selection of North Indian dishes, while South Indian options were quite limited. There were also many salad items, but I felt the overall variety of main dishes could have been better.
Overall, it was a good stay with a great location, comfortable accommodation, and excellent restaurant staff. With some improvements in food variety and front-desk hospitality, the experience could be even better.
Recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a good location.

The stay was good minus the noise.
