We liked the room so much that we asked our Family member to book another room and we all had a very pleasant stay toget

All staff extremely good very pleasant and lovely being good experience

Property needs a little updating
Sound proofing the windows
Lowering sounds of their own bars ..
only thing we were little disappointed was we got drenched in rain and we only requested a place where we could dry our clothes ..Laundry staff had left for the day that’s okay but the next day they could have asked if we still needed any help. Just a small touch of attention was expected. But didn’t ruin our whole experience in the hotel.

Beyond expectation
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff is very courteous, polite and lovely. Interacting with them cannot really be described but is a beautiful experience. Puja was amazing and she offered us an upgraded room which was really appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. Amit was also very helpful when we checked out the next day.
We will definitely return whenever we visit Bangalore.
