Great location, excellent value for money
Pros:

Excellent location, a short walk away from Kalamaki beach, also right across the street from 2 great beach bars, and only 30-40 minutes away from the center by bus. I would highly recommend this area (Alimos) if you plan to explore Athens and the surrounding areas outside the center (Alimos, Glyfada, beaches in the south like Astir, Temple of Poseidon).
The hotel itself is pretty decent; the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's a nice small balcony with a side sea view.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in/out process is very quick.

Cons:

The shower box could be better at stopping water from flooding the bathroom when taking a shower, but overall it's ok.
The breakfast buffet is very simple, and to be fair, we did not have breakfast there, only coffee. There's a coffee shop/ bakery close by (Gregory's ) if you want to grab a sandwich before starting your day.

Wonderful location, great cafés all around, and a lovely stay including a cozy balcony to spend your evenings.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was not 100%, hence 9/10. Otherwise, no complaints :)

Struttura ok per un breve soggiorno
Pros:

Stanza spaziosa e con balconcino, posizione comoda sul mare.
