Spacious room. Enjoyed the Rock 'n' roll theme throughout the hotel. Loved the record player and vinyl. Great pool. Appreciated the on tap cold brew Nitro coffee in the lobby.
Expensive valet parking. Parked elsewhere for less than half the price charged by The Verb for my 2 night stay. Breakfast could be a bit less carb heavy - more fruit, deli meats & cheese would go down well.
The staff was super friendly. The hotel was clean. It was great.
The hotel has a very unique music-themed aesthetic that made it different from any other hotel I’ve stayed at. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade for our anniversary, so we had one of the trailers behind the building. It was very cozy, modern, and private. Staff was extremely friendly, the included breakfast was pretty good, and the pool was nice!
Staff was awesome!
The whole experience!
Rock and roll theme was incredible. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was very clean.
Was a bit pricey
The location was excellent, especially for baseball fans. I was there celebrating my birthday… and what a welcome on the motel marquee. The staff was helpful & amazing all the way to the parking attendant.
The price to pay for parking when staying there, $73.00 a night.
Location and the theme hotel. Pool area
Breakfast
Location was great. Next to Back Bay and close to Longwood Medical Center where we toured MCPHS with our daughter. Super clean! Comfortable beds and great decor and vibe. Friendly staff.
The fact that we had to pay $73 a night for parking. As a paying hotel guest, parking should be included in the cost.
This is a unique hotel with rock and roll memorabilia on display, a year round outdoor pool, excellent breakfast included. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
There wasn't enough healthy products at breakfast
The location is great - very walkable to lots of restaurants (full service and casual to go spots) and shops (Target, Sephora etc). The hotel itself has a cute, fun music theme and the staff is so friendly.
The grounds being right next to Fenway Park can be a bit challenging. For example, the pool (which also wasn’t heated as advertised) had rodents - to the point where I had to leave because it was affecting my nervous system. It also deterred us from having dinner at Hojoko (the onsite restaurant) which I heard great things about. The staff was very apologetic about the rodent situation, but it just really dampened our overall experience.
Zeer authentiek hotel met prettige sfeer.
Goed bed en douche
Parkeren is duur
Vlakbij Fenway, platen, zwembad
