Great experience at the coolest hotel ever!
Pros:

Amazing experience at The Verb!
The coolest hotel, friendly atmosphere, and great records to play in our room, we loved the concept.

Special thanks to the breaksfast service team, Mirian Alas and Daniela Rivera you were wonderful. :)

Would definitely book again. Was very original without being overdone and convenient.
Pros:

The hotel was well designed with thoughtful details. Like the hole in the glass to turn on the shower without getting wet. The coffee on tap and free waters were great as was the breakfast. The rooms were nice, amenities like robes, Malin and Goetz products quality furniture, and well designed.

Cons:

The sheets were very bleached and smelled like and felt like bleach. A little too irritating for skin and for breathing

Fantastic Stay!
Pros:

Each room has a record player!! They have a bunch of record albums you can borrow and play in your room! I stayed as part of my 50th birthday, and the hotel left some extra snacks and goodies for us for my birthday! Went to the Red Sox game that night... SO close and convenient walk to the ballpark... I got a room with a Fenway Park view.... It was comfy and just a great room! Staff couldn't have been nicer... From their valet parking attendants to housekeepers... Everyone offered a smile and a hello! Will absolutely stay here again!

So close to Fenway Park. That after the game on our first day. We walked over and went on a tour our second day

Cons:

Parking is expensive even if you’re staying at the hotel

Stay at the Verb if you like music, memorabilia and an excellent clean place
Pros:

The hotel is unique and fun. The staff are excellent and I have stayed there several times.
This is not a cookie cutter hotel!

Perfect location with a retro flashback in time
Pros:

The Road Crew at The Verb were an absolute delight. The retro environment makes you feel like going back to the 70's to 90's. The location is perfect as this was our 1st visit to Boston including attending a Red Sox game. The crew gave us great advice on sight seeing including cafés along the way. The room was spotless, clean sheets, bathroom extremely clean & lots of hot water. A record player in the room with so many albums to choose from was reall cool. Thats a rare amenity these days. Breakfast included was a bonus as this blueberry muffins were delicious. We would highly recommend everyone to stay at the Verb anytime. Again, Road Crew (Keya Bridges) thank you for your hospitality & making our trip extremely pleasant. Us South Louisianans will be back!!

Excellent will book again!
Pros:

Everything about this hotel impressed me from the moment we arrived! We came in early on Easter Sunday and the Valet was excellent, helpful, kind as well as all over the staff we encountered for our stay. I would like to personally thank Julian Ortiz-Mendez, his coworkers, Jake and Cisco were excellent! The front desk staff as well! We were taken so well care of and we are Massachusetts residents who came for a show at HOB!
Worth the price of stay 🫶🏻

Verb Vibe is amazing!

Friendly staff, enjoyable experience
Pros:

Our stay with the Verb Hotel was awesome. The staff were all extremely friendly. Cisco was welcoming with assisting us during check in and check out to and from the car. Kia always welcomed us with a smile and positive conversation. We had a small issue with the room but the staff handled it promptly and professionally. We will definitely be back!!
