Best Birthday Stay- Amazing Staff 💕
Pros:

The staff are all so kind and helpful. Especially front desk. I called him a few times with questions and he was always ready to help. I came for my 21st birthday and was surprised with a note and gift! I thought that was so sweet. I kept the note<3 Love the vibes there and I hope to come again soon!

Home away from home! Best staff ever!
Pros:

The Verb is our treasured home away from home when we visit our daughter in Boston. We love the staff, the cozy clean rooms, huge LP collection and a turntable in every room! Love the warm pool, love great breakfast with Mirian and Yoselin, so pleasant all around! You all are The Best! 💗💗💗

Pros:

Hotel temático, com decoração muito linda. Quarto amplo, cama muito boa. Café da manhã variado e muito bem servido. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Não tem elevador, mas são apenas dois pisos, então não foi algo que atrapalhou a viagem. Mas é importante saber.

La onda del hotel ..es lo más.. la gentileza de la gente y tiene mucho Rock & Roll... Con agua de cortesía siempre ..vinilos en las habitaciones y a elección... Una atmósfera hermosa

Que no tenga ascensores. Quizá para subir solamente las valijas.... Porque al ser de 2 pisos.. Pero en nuestro cosa teníamos valijas grandes y pesadas... Por suerte la predisposición de la gente del lobby que nos cambió de habitación a una de planta baja

Door are unable to lock and slam shut which is very loud and impacts sleep. More variety for food the restaurant is limited to Japanese cuisine only , which I could not partake in.

Great place for our week long trip to Boston. Room was spacious for two adults. Staff greeted us daily, had a person staffed to monitor parking and the door. Lots of little extras to help make your stay more enjoyable. Location was perfect to go to all the sites easily. Heated pool was a PLUS!!!

Nothing really. Parking seemed expensive compared to other places, but honestly that's it.

Pros:

Love staying at this place! Perfect location if you are attending a concert or other event, the bar/restaurant has such chill vibes, and the rooms are comfy and clean! Cisco and Keya are 2 of their Valets who are TOP TIER and they make sure I'm always taken care of from start to finish! Jake at the front desk is also phenomenal and always makes sure I have a room that fits my accessibility needs, which is SO important when I travel ♿ See you all again soon!
