A great hotel in Poblado with spacious and comfortable rooms and nice brealfast
Pros:

Located in a quiet part of Poblado with a spacious room, great breakfast and very helpful staff. The airport pick up service was very efficient

Cons:

There are not too many restaurant options within walking distance but everything is 5-10 minutes by Uber as you are in Poblado

Excelente atención y muy acogedor.
Pros:

La excelente atención del personal. Estefanía, Elibeth y Fernanda nos apoyaron en todo lo que necesitabamos en nuestra estadía. Nos acomodaron muy bien en las habitaciones, el desayuno estaba muy bueno y nos ayudaron con reservas de tours y el equipaje en el check in y check out.

Cons:

Salía un poco de agua por la entrada de la ducha y mojaba la parte de afuera.

Quartier sécurisé et à 5min des animations

A notre arrivée, il nous a été attribué une chambre à l'arrière de la réception dont le plafond de la salle de bain était couvert de moisissure.
Après avoir dit que nous n'y resterions pas, une autre chambre "normale" nous a été proposée.
Lors des petits déjeuners, la personne au restaurant, expliquait tour à tour aux clients le menu à leur arrivée... à l'exception de nous. Nous devions systématiquement réclamer de pouvoir commander, et ceci, tous les matins.
C'est triste et dur à écrire, mais un vent de racisme souffle sur cet hotel...
Bien heureusement, il s'agissait de la seule expérience de ce type en Colombie.
