Wonderful Stay with Friendly Staff and Spacious Rooms :)
Pros:

We had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. What stood out the most was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The included breakfast was amazing and definitely one of the highlights of our stay, with great variety and quality.

The location is also excellent. The hotel is in El Tesoro, and it’s about a 10-minute walk downhill to El Poblado, where you can find plenty of great cafés and places to explore. We stayed in three different rooms, and all of them were very spacious, with large and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and maintained. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic value for the price, and we had a great experience as a group.

Cons:

If we had to mention something, it would be that the rooms on the lower floor can feel a bit humid. However, this is not really the hotel’s fault, as Medellín has a tropical climate and humidity is common in the area. The staff were very attentive and provided us with a dehumidifier, which worked quite well :)

Pros:

A localização é boa, o chuveiro é muito bom, cama confortável. Uber é rápido e barato.

Cons:

Embora o chuveiro fosse muito bom, após o banho o banheiro fica muito úmido.
O sensor de iluminação dá um apito a cada 1 a 2h. Parece um despertador, som agudo e rápido, sono leve vai acordar.

Le lit et le personnel d'accueuil en journee, le petit dejeuner plutot sympa. Beaucoup moins le personnel de soiree

Cons:

Payer 120000 pesos pour avoir recu 2 personnes pendant 1 quart d'heure pour boire un coca. Elles sont venues me saluer car j'avais sejourné dans un hotel ou elles travaillent . Par courtoisie et pour rien d'autre.
Par ailleurs la television ne fonctionnait pas et l'environnement etait bruyant. Les 2 jeunes femmes de l'accueuil etzient agreables et serviables. En bref un hotel un peu orrtentieux

Problema de agua.
Cons:

Habitación con problemas de agua, no había y posteriormente fuimos a otra habitación y tampoco había. Deberían tener teléfono para llamar al lobby pero tocaba ir hasta la recepción a solucionar. No dieron respuesta con respecto a este inconveniente. Habitación B3 segundo piso.
