Fantastic experience. Great location on the canals, beautifully appointed rooms / amenities, and top class service. In house Michelin restaurant Flore was exquisite and worthy of its hype. All staff were incredibly friendly and highly professional – especially the concierge team (Sabrina is amazing) and Artur the bellhop.

We absolutely love the city. Everything was clean I'm a safe and fun! Highly recommend Amsterdam and De L'Europe hotel. The concierge and staff we're amazing and Jordan was particularly helpful in hospitable!

Five-star stay with incredible staff, an amazing room, and a perfect spa. Pure luxury throughout!We will definitely visit again.

Absolutely horrible. We booked the Royal Penthouse Suite for ten days. We agreed on a rate and they tried to raise the rate by 15,000 euros. If you want to deal with theives this is the place to come.

We could not have enjoyed ourselves anymore than we did here! We are on our honeymoon from Alaska and the hotel and staff were above 5 star! Jordan was our absolute favorite, helped us with every need, and treated us as a friend. We cannot wait to return!

De L'Europe is a real Grand Dame and in 17th century Dutch style not only rewarded by Michelin with 3 keys but also by us ( my wife and I stayed in most of the 5* hotels in Amsterdam) fantastic situated in the city centre of Amsterdam , and with all the must see in walking distance to visit , We had diner in Marie a in house restaurant with great view over the canal ,good food and lovely wines.

A perfectly placed hotel with absolutely wonderful staff. From the front desk, to the concierge team, doormen and breakfast staff, everyone was friendly, helpful, attentive and warm. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else now that we’ve experienced hospitality here.

From our very first contact, Marilyn, the Spa Manager, was absolutely wonderful. Even before our arrival, everything was thoughtfully planned through emails and phone calls, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for in advance.

Once we arrived, it felt like stepping into a little haven of relaxation. Every small detail and thoughtful touch made us feel truly special. The massage was simply amazing, both for me and my 5-year-old daughter — such a beautiful and memorable moment for us to share.

We were treated like real princesses, in a warm, elegant, and soothing atmosphere. The access to the pool and relaxation area was the perfect finishing touch to an already magical experience.

I went with my wife for a few nights in January. The hotel is absolutely perfect. They helped arrange private transport from the airport to the hotel (and back) that was amazing. Additionally, the restaurants in the hotel are fantastic. We had a dinner at Trattoria Graziella and breakfast at Brasserie Marie. Both were fantastic. The staff at the hotel (including Jordan) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Lastly, the location is superb. Everything that we wanted to see and do in Amsterdam for a few days was walkable from the hotel (we don't mind a 20-30 minute walk for some things). In summary: there is no better place to stay in Amsterdam.
