The location was good, the lobby was nice, plenty of options for dining, KLUR products were nice.
The room did not look like the photo, I booked a queen bed and it was barely a full size, check-in not great, not helpful, no place to park when you pull up, valet takes your car which is nice for $72, that is not mentioned when booking, the room smelled terrible.I enjoyed the hotel’s beautiful architecture and appreciated the history behind the property. However, considering the cost of the stay, I expected much more. Unfortunately, there was nothing about the experience that really made the stay feel impressive or memorable.
Friendly, helpful staff; excellent location - close to everywhere I wanted to go; room was clean and did not smell of chemicals; soap and shampoo provided by hotel was only very lightly scented and smelled pleasant and natural; able to control temperature in room; plenty of places to sit in lobby
The last night was noisy with someone talking on their phone for hours somewhere outside or near our room.
Extremely well located and very nice staff
Stayed 3 nights. morning of the first night at 10:11 AM we exit our room and cleaning staff ask if ready to clean when I confirm two more persons are exiting the room
Soon (two communicating rooms). Eyes roll to the ceiling like this is late for me to clean. No more than a minute later my party exit the room and we inform the cleaning staff they can proceed.
Later on that day around 5PM, only one bed was done over the 3 we had in the two rooms. Towels were no replaced, trash was not removed.
Hotel stupendo! Camera spaziosa, pulitissima e silenziosa, con arredi nuovi e molto curati. All’interno ci sono anche uno shop, un museo e diverse opzioni per mangiare. Posizione centralissima, comodissima per visitare la città. Tutto davvero top, consigliatissimo!

The hotel was outstanding --historic, beautifully modernized without losing the charm, perfectly located, and staff was terrific.
La posizione, veramente straordinaria, difficile trovare di meglio.
La struttura è storica anche in alcuni impianti, l’aria condizionata è gestita tramite dei rumorosissimi fancoil (impossibile tenerli accesi di notte), gli ascensori sono lenti e la vista delle camere è claustrofobica. Alla nostra richiesta di cambiare camera (anche pagando) ci han risposto che non era possibile.

Breakfast is not included with your stay. The hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
The sliding door to the bathroom was very attractive , but, didn’t provide much privacy.

Die dreckigen Teppichböden in den Zimmern sind einfach verantwortlich, dass aus einer 9er Bewertung ein 7 wird.
Hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful and polite. The hotel is in the center of the city. Many nearby places convenient like the pharmacy, shopping stores and food.
