I was there with my son and kept saying "Dad would love this place".
Pros:

From the moment we entered the lobby we were welcomed by staff. Our room was on the top floor and was very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

My only negative was the bathroom was on the small side, however, for this particular visit it worked out fine.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente eccezionale. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con grande professionalità, cordialità e attenzione ai dettagli.

La struttura è curata in ogni minimo particolare, elegante, pulitissima e capace di trasmettere una piacevole sensazione di comfort e relax. La camera era impeccabile, spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di ogni comfort.

Un'esperienza che ha superato ogni aspettativa. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio questo hotel a chiunque cerchi qualità, eleganza e un servizio davvero impeccabile. Complimenti a tutto il team per il lavoro straordinario che svolge ogni giorno!

Nulla. Non c'è stato assolutamente niente che non ci sia piaciuto.
Tutto è stato perfetto e curato nei minimi dettagli.

Very lovely hotel, central location, quiet and clean. Rooms were small but comfortable.
Pros:

Every staff member we met was courteous and helpful. The food in the restaurants was very good although hot foods were often cold.

Cons:

I wish my hot foods could have been a little warmer in the restaurants.

nice hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

The best part of this hotel is its location .. right next to everything .. its one of the oldest hotel in Boston, but was newly renovated .. beautiful lobby, many restaurants, and the rooms were good .. we got the room with the couch which came in handy to come back during the heat and relax .. the bathroom was small but very modern and nice .. bed and pillows were very comfortable .. wifi worked good .. room was cleaned and refreshed every day

Cons:

This room with taxes and fees was $600 per night .. was it worth it? Probably not. For this price point we will probably not stay here again.

Wonderful location with SO much history. Nice and cold air conditioning and clean room. Beautiful hotel. They are the original creators of the Boston Cream pie so be sure to have one! Very nice bars and restaurant. Very comfy beds and pillows!

Cons:

Room was a tad small. Bathroom too bit we knew when we booked this size room.
