Location was perfect! Loved the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was so helpful
The bar was just expensive
Wonderful location with SO much history. Nice and cold air conditioning and clean room. Beautiful hotel. They are the original creators of the Boston Cream pie so be sure to have one! Very nice bars and restaurant. Very comfy beds and pillows!
Room was a tad small. Bathroom too bit we knew when we booked this size room.
Very beautiful. Great location. Polite staff.
The location is amazing. The housekeeping staff was exceptional. Staff is generally helpful.
Location, sehr freundliches Personal, gemütliche Bar mit tollem Service
Das Zimmer hätte etas größer sein können.
Excellent location and the lobby staff were very attentive.
Room was on the smaller side for a deluxe queen size.
We had the best time in Boston and staying at the Omni Parker House was the perfect choice. Its location could not have been any better and we were so impressed by the service.
Good location, beware of resort fee! During COVID hotels where crying for customers, now that we are back they started squeezing money in every way they can. $35 for a daily resort fee that offers NOTHING is a rip off.

Small rooms
Such a romantic, historical hotel, perfect for a night away together. I loved the hydration station on our floor, SO easy and convenient to get ice, water, or coffee/tea. The room itself was so cozy, and the entertainment system was a huge bonus and made us cancel our plans to stay in!
Our toilet ran all night and wouldn't flush. Also, the only parking was across the street and cost us $90 for a one-night hotel stay! It was valet only, and great service, but not accessible whatsoever if you're not able to comfortably walk.
Great location, very good restaurants and bars and the lobby atmosphere was great. Room size of our room was very unpleasant. Way too small for the two of us. No storage for our clothes and luggage. Bumping into each other when moving about in the room. Very very disappointing! I’d like to say that we will return to the Omni Parker House in Boston, but I can’t. We would definitely choose a different place to stay.
Hotel con historia y estéticamente hermoso.
Baño pequeño con puerta de vidrio.
