Cons:

You should pay attention to the room you book. Ours was not at all the same as the one we booked. With a small window. We complained to the Manager and he told us that it was the fault of booking. Unacceptable.

Great location but the bathroom does not fit a normal size adult.
Pros:

Location!!! You can not beat the location if you are planning to sight see in Boston. The room itself was comfortable for the cost. The bed was nice. The view out the window was a brick wall and windows of the office next store. It is what I expected for the room cost so not saying anything negative about the view, just the facts.

Cons:

The bathroom was the size of a very small closet. You could not sit on the toilet without your knees hitting the wall in front of you. The shower was the size of a high school gym locker.
