Pros:

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Nur der Kannenkaffee war abgestanden.

Cons:

Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Kein auffüllen der Seife 3 Tage lang. Aufenthalt wurde nochmals von der Kreditkarte abgezogen obwohl schon bezahlt.

Pros:

Gute Lage inmitten einer Wohnumgebung. Innenstadt, Museen, Lokale, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Tram ist in dr Nähe.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Frühstück und Restaurant sind sehr schmackhaft und vielfältig. Das Haus insbesondere der wunderschöne Innenhof bietet eine ganz eigene Welt und schaft eine besondere Atmosphäre, ruhig und entspannend.
Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer und das Bad sauber.

Man kann es nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Kleiner Kritikpunkt:
Die Ausstattung im Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (trotzdem sehr sauber). Der etwas merkwürdige Spiegel versperrt den Platz auf der Waschbeckenablage.

Muy buen ubicación
Pros:

El hotel tiene muy buen ubicación en un lindo barrio de la ciudad. No es un hotel pretencioso, se diría casi familiar. Tanto el personal de recepción como del restaurant fueron muy amables y atentos.

Cons:

La limpieza podría ser mejor.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel ist klein, aber sehr sauber und hat eine tolle Lage.

Cons:

Das Bett war ein rundes, ältetes Polsterbett. Man hatte also einen ca 20 cm breiten stoffrand über den man drüber musste um ins oder aus dem Bett zu kommen. War auch schon ziemlich abgenutzt. Fand ich persönlich sehr unhygienisch. Auch die Gardinen waren alt und vergilbt. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber es war sehr viel Staub in der Luft. Wir mussten sehr viel Husten.

Ubytování skromné, pro obyčejného člověka, který jen někde potřebuje složit hlavu a nemusímut kdovíjaký luxus ideální. :
Pros:

Ochotný a velmi milý personál, teplo (což v studenem listopadu přišlo vhod), klid a ticho, čisto a nádherně měkká postel. :) Nemůžu nic vytknout a jednoznačně doporučuji!

In den herrlichen Innenhof waren wir sofort verliebt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lösung mit den drei Basisvarianten und die zwei Zusatzoptionen finde ich sehr originell und sehr gästefreundlich. Du bekommst das serviert, wirst auf jeden Fall satt und es gibt keine Lebensmittelverschwendung. Der Obstsalat war sehr frisch gemacht und schmeckte ausgezeichnet - gibt´s fast nirgendwo mehr. Mit dem sehr freundlichen, kompetenten und sympathischen Personal war die Unterkunft ein Highlight.
