Would highly recommend this hotel. Large rooms, great location and really well priced.
Pros:

The property was in a great location, so close to everything which was handy when travelling with a 2 year old. The staff were so helpful, friendly and spoke English quite well. The rooms were a surprise, so spacious a d large for Beijing. The bathroom also had a tub which was appreciated. The hotel was clean, beautiful lobby full of art and statues, I would highly recommend to stay here.

Cons:

We liked everything, but did t eat here so can’t comment on that.

After my stay at this hotel, a security deposit was charged to my card. It has already been two months since I checked out, but the money has still not been returned. I have checked my bank statements several times and there is no refund. This situation is very disappointing, as deposits are normally returned within a reasonable time after checkout. I hope the hotel administration will look into this issue and resolve it.
