Hello, I stayed at your hotel from May 15th to 19th and was charged a 1,000 yuan deposit, of which I spent 250 yuan on breakfast and dinner. You still haven't refunded the rest of the deposit. Could you please transfer the remaining amount to my card!

Amazing place,

Cons:

The staff assume you have plenty of money to pay for over priced tour, taxis instead of public transport and room service instead of food delivery apps. I asked for help with all of the above and they were not able to help me. We stayed at this hotel as a treat, and also even if I do have money to pay for more convenience I should have a choice of how my money is spent.

Nice days
Pros:

Friendly staff that made sure we could have an early checkin. Room was spacious and add all the things we needed. Very central with quick access to metro.

Cons:

Our window had view to the back to what seemed to be a small landfill. It didn’t have any impact on our stay but having a good view is always better than looking at trash.

Estuve un mes en China, y era el hotel del que más expectativas tenía, la puerta del baño de la habitación no servía, la ducha tenía un olor horrible, el servicio por parte del personal muy básico. No volvería.

Tolles Hotel, empfehlenswert, aber hochpreisig.
Pros:

Sehr komfortabel, ruhig. Wichtig in den Sommermonaten: Pool zum Abkühlen. Sehr zentrale Lage, an der Wangfujing Street. Verbotene Stadt war zu Fuß zu erreichen, Hutongs und Tempel wenige Minuten mit Didi erreichbar. Zimmer sehr sauber, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Wir hatten keine Beanstandungen. Der hohe Preis ist angemessen.

Zimmer, super gemütlich, upgrade lohnt sich fast cnicht, da die Zimmer unten genauso gut sind. Frühstück., Typisch asiatisch, man hat alles, kaffe ist nicht so lecker. Im selben Restaurant habe ihc mein bestes Phadthai gegessen, Mango avocadeo salalt Bombe, Chiceken curry sehr gut. Das essem im Restaurant SUPER

Perfect location in Beijing

Very comfortable room. Great central location. The breakfast was extensive and the staff very helpful. The AC was not working in our initial room; they changed our room right away and offered us a tea sampling gift to apologize. We enjoyed the pool after a long day at the Forbidden City.
