Amazing hotel stay experience
Pros:

Excellent hotel in the center of all action in Chania. The customer service was exceptional, friendly, courteous and and felt like home. Would book again without hesitation!

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile alle nostre varie richieste. La colazione eccellente. La camera abbastanza grande, confortevole e moderna

Il topper. I materassi avevano due topper sopra che lo rendevano troppo cedevole, ed abbiamo dormito un po' in fossa. Data la disponibilità dell'hotel forse si poteva richiedere di timuovere almeno uno dei due topper, ma avevamo già disturbato abbastanza

Séjour très confortable et agreable en plein centre de Hania
Pros:

la localisation à deux pas du port et du centre touristique; le confort de la chambre (clim silencieuse et lits super confortables) et le service de voiturier

Cons:

Hôtel très confortable et très bien situé mais sans charme. Il semble que ce soit la guerre des transats à la piscine : intéressant manège à observer le matin 😃
