Personale molto cordiale e preparato Tutti i problemi che si sono presentati sono stati risolti velocemente, rendendo il soggiorno magnifico. Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på detta hotell i två veckor under vår smekmånad, och vi kunde inte ha varit mer nöjda! Allt från första dagen till sista var över förväntan.

Personalen var otroligt vänlig, hjälpsam och professionell. De fick oss att känna oss välkomna och omhändertagna under hela vår vistelse. Servicen var fantastisk och de gjorde verkligen det lilla extra för att göra vår smekmånad minnesvärd.

Hotellet var rent, fint och välskött, maten var utsökt och atmosfären var lugn och avkopplande. Vi uppskattade varje stund och kommer att bära med oss många fina minnen härifrån.

Ett stort tack till hela personalen för er värme och ert engagemang. Vi rekommenderar varmt detta hotell och hoppas få komma tillbaka i framtiden!

- 5mn walk from the old city centre so very convenient but far from the crowd so still quiet
- parking in the hotel

There are only 8 subbed at the swimming pool so we could never get one

Très confortable
Pros:

Le professionnalisme et l’amabilité de l’ensemble du personnel est à souligner.
L'emplacement au pieds de la gare routière est très pratique.
La chambre était très calme, très propre et le matériel très bien entretenu.
La climatisation était silencieuse.
La literie était très confortable.
Les coursives de l'hôtel étaient très calmes.
La baie vitrée isolait très bien les bruits extérieurs.
Donc les nuits y étaient parfaites.

Cons:

Les horaires d’accès à la piscine étaient contraints par les horaires du petit déjeuner et du restaurant attenant ≈ 10h-19h c'est dommage pour ceux qui aiment nager le matin ou se détendre aux retours à l'hôtel après des journées chaudes et actives.
Le petit déjeuner dont la qualité du café et des viennoiseries était en dessous de ce qu'attend un français.

Hotel agréable très bien situé à côté du quartier historique ( 5 mn à pied ) et de la gare routière. Personnel accueillant. Tres bon petit-déjeuner varié tous les jours que l on prend au bord de la pidcine. La .piscine qiant a elle etait bien.agréable

Wonderful hotel, great staff, buffet breakfast had great selection

Cons:

Not a lot of space for sun loungers which is fine but when people reserving sunbeds and not using them isn’t great for others. Would be great if the hotel removed towels from beds if not used for a certain time. Notice one person had 2 beds reserved one for morning sun then moved to other in the afternoon sun….. this is not necessarily the hotels fault

Hotel eccezionale, ottima posizione al centro città. . Personale molto professionale e gentile. Un apprezzamento particolare alla signorina Maria che ci ha accolto al check-in e salutati al check-out con grande gentilezza, educazione e sempre col sorriso. Grazie anche a tutto il personale addetto alla prima colazione ed ai dipendenti addetti anche al parcheggio dell'auto sempre pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Grazie davvero

Personalul a fost minunat!
Pros:

Personalul a fost foarte amabil si atent la orice cerere pe care am avut-o. Faptul ca are valet parking este un mare plus ținând cont că hotelul este in centrul orașului si este foarte aglomerat. In 10 minute mers pe jos ajungi in port. Am stat trei zile si a fost excepțional. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun. Dau cu mare plăcere nota maximă!

Nu am nimic sa nu-mi fi plăcut!
