Located in the heart of Chania. Very comfortable, well-equipped room. Snacks and drinks available for guests.

This hotel was incredible! The staff went above and beyond to help us while we were there from the small details, to the bigger items like booking taxis and travel recommendations. They had some of the best customer service I have experienced in recent years, especially George who works all around the hotel in different areas!
The only thing we didn’t like was that you couldn’t change the temperature in the room to be colder.
Breakfast and room was nice but not sure about its value for money.

Very helpful and nice staff! They let me to check in a bit earlier and also welcomed me with a nice non alcoholic welcome drink and little Greece sweets that were waiting for me in the room.
Room was also very tidy and cozy, bed was super comfy and the room provides lots of storage space. Breakfast was included - tasty, local and offering a wide variety of breakfast meals.
Definitely would stay again. Ideal place for a business trip.

Gostei muito da localização. Muito central e acessível ao porto, passando pela rua pedonal mais turística. A gerência fez um upgrade do quarto o que foi uma óptima surpresa. O serviço de vallet parking é muito atrativo. O pequeno almoço é equilibrado e tem variadas opções que também alteravam nos dias que estivemos. Um outro ponto a favor e a possibilidade de, após check out, guardarem as malas e usar o wc do hotel para duche ao final do dia sem custos adicionais
