Dirty, disturbing, felt unsafe

i didn't like the neighbors were smoking and it was going into my room i ask if i can have a lower floor do to leg problems they told me they couldn't supposedly there were booked which i didn't believe also breakfast was horrible never staying there again

Didn't Like: The check-in started with dirty floor because they gave me the wrong room, the internet was so bad, the Breakfast was limited and the items disappeared during the stay, i asked for Room service 3 times, only 1 time they arrive, 3 days before the end of my stay, they informed me that the police took over the property and i have to check-out without other explanation, i was going to Disney on that day, and there was no time to pack and go to any other hotel, they mention refunding, but since i booked a package including the Flight & Car and i wont get anything, after spending time arguing, they accept to shift my stay to another hotel under the same management, still lost couple of stuff of my items and almost half day of the Disney visit, on of the things i lost as well, a package suppose to reach to the facility but since i was forced out they didn't accept it, and till date trying to get the refund.

The stay was fine, no breakfast is offered as said on the site, didn't see any bugs, no issues with the water not being hot like others have said.

we didnt have room service, i always had to ask for it. floor very dirty and shower.
we didnt get towels, no where to hang clothes, a telephone to call front desk and a TERRIBLE breakfast, i wouldnt call it breakfast.

The property looked nothing like the photos, it was damaged and the building was falling apart. The ceiling tiles where lose and falling down exposing wires and lights, the cat walks were cracked and the walls were damaged. The building looked like it hasnt been properly maintained in years. The elevator was disgusting and they had almost nothing out for breakfast. There was one empolyee in the qhole building at the counter. They kicked everyone out on saturday because the "building was closing" whatever that means, no explainations given and wouldnt give refunds to people who still had exisiting days left to be there. We had pack all of our items to leave at 7pm. It was an absolute mess and i will continue to fight for my refund

All guest had to leave hotel no clear reason was informed either I accepted the credit for two days or transferred to another Baymont hotel 15 miles away...it was 8pm when I returned from work on Friday the 28th...I am a 70 year old that continues working and have traveled all over the World this "situation " has never happened before. Returned the next morning to pick up a coffee mug that I forgot and the hotel room was occupied by guests that checked in on Friday !!! Why ??? I am considering informing the press regarding this matter...

Hotel cancelled our booking last minute with no explanation. Still on the phone for over an hour trying to get them to find us another place to stay.

We were there for 8 nights. We had to constantly ask for fresh towels. The curtains to the window were all stained and dirty looking. Was not much there for breakfast!! They had someone in the room restocking a couple items at a time as you walked in. It worked for the purpose I needed, but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

My second time staying at this property. Once again, the staff were absolutely delightful. Friendly, kind, willing to help and always available. I booked a second time here because I enjoyed my stay last year, but sadly I wouldn’t stay again. There appears to be lots of people actually living here, revving their car engines outside in the car park all evening which was annoying. The TV in my room didn’t work so I couldn’t watch it. Reported to maintenance but nobody came. The bed was clean and comfortable but just like last year, the floors were filthy and I had to throw my socks away after my stay. The rooms are large but just need some TLC. They’re shabby, need painting and the doors replacing. They don’t even fit the frame properly and you can see daylight through the gaps. The whole place has turned rather depressing. Ideal for a cheap one night stay, but anything more is a struggle.

Bathroom and shower were good, fridge and AC both worked well. The place is just noisy and needs a really good clean!

Once again, it was the employees that made it for me. They’re all lovely!

It was a quick stay but it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was conveniently good. Away from the busy orlando life but close enough to everything. Staff was nice I would stay again.

First the ok - seemed clean except for a mold and mildew on the tile. No wash cloths, no hand towels, no tissues. Shower had a leak that sprayed in your face. Only way to contact the desk is by text can be up to 30 min if they respond. Breakfast is carb loaded processed prepackage. Requested no emails - prob got 10 regarding the check in etc. never could get a zero balance receipt. Would never stay here again and not recommend.

First, check in was eternal. They charge you a deposit instead of pending until you checkout and say they will refund. After checking in, got to the room to realize it wasn’t the room we reserved. One bed for 3 adults, we went back and another guest also had the same issue and there was an outstanding line. Had to wait again to get the room changed. Got to the room and found a small roach in the bathroom. There was only 2 towels and no phone in the room. The floors were pretty dirty that even walking a few minutes with socks only made them dark with dirt. Didn’t even try the WiFi but I heard other guest complain it wasn’t working while waiting for our room change. The breakfast was pretty limited and not really refilled as often as necessary given the quantity of guests that were coming in a different times. I would not recommend staying here if you can help it.

The stay is horrible I couldn’t get clean towels to use when I asked the Spanish lady at the front desk said they’re out of clean towels and that’s,the breakfast is a banana and muffin and the juice is water and when try to ask them a question they said they don’t speak English when they don’t want to talk.there’s a Spanish guy at the front desk’s he’s so professional and nice

I had roaches in my room, reached out to front desk informed them of the roaches that was in the room. They said they was gonna switch the room out. No one never switched the room out.

Booked two days. Left after the first night. Don’t recommend the property. The staff was great.
