One of the best hotel I’ve stayed in
Pros:

The whole experience wow from the first time I stepped thru the front door to service customer service stay room cleaned very comfortable to an awesome breakfast it was wonderful I will definitely come back

Good stay
Pros:

This hotel has friendly helpful staff. Our experience did not start out well, but the manager fixed each issue quickly and to our absolute satisfaction. Evidently the hotel is being refurbished and all the rooms are not quite ready for occupancy. The breakfast is excellent!

Good hotel
Pros:

We need by emergency a play to stay s night and we found out this hotel which the front desk was s nice professional young lady Hispanic by the way whom helped us tight away. We did not have towels at the room but like always I travel with a towel however I told her snd she sent somebody fast. I loved the continental breakfast delicious. The place was clean and nice.

I didn’t stay there because they canceled my stay.
Cons:

They gave away my room in spite of having a reservation for two months and confirmation email the morning of checkin. They did nothing to help me and acted like it was my problem.

There was nothing good to say.

Cons:

The location was really bad if you don't have a car. Our room was on the first floor next to the parking area. I didn't feel safe at all. AC had a horrible and really loud noise, we could't use it at all. Room was not clean. The sink was detached from the wall and shower had low pressure. Breakfast was not good. Not many options. Bad coffee, cheap yogurt, even eggs were not good.

They did not check us in and did not return money back.
Cons:

I had a confirmed and paid reservation at this property.
When we arrived at night, the hotel refused to check us in and said it was “first come, first serve.”
We were left without accommodation and had to find another place.
