Was a good space and I sleep so good in their bed.
Terrible place. The reception area was dirty and not air conditioned. The area outside the rooms was dirty. The room itself was not acceptable. We immediately cancelled our reservation and stayed at the Doubletree instead. No excuse for the condition of this place.
That pic is not what it looks like in person. If you don't have a rental car, I would suggest look somewhere else that is walking distance to restaurants otherwise you would have to rely on uber eats. This hotel is located by Orlando jail/jail bond area. Only thing I like staying there is the bed was comfy but I wouldn't go book this again. Also did not care for the complimentary breakfast. Only good was coffee
I like the fact that they had a variety for breakfast the rooms were decent size and there was sufficient space in the parking
The floor was not swept or mopped so that was an issue I did take the wash rags provided by the hotel to mop the floor and there was hair all over the tub and there was trash behind the coffee maker left by the previous person

Le nettoyage ne s'effectue pas chaque jour, si vous êtes motorisé il y a aucun problème de l'emplacement sinon il y a un seul bus qui passe chaque heure par exemple

The price is unbeatable, the room was clean, bedding was clean, mattress was relatively new, shower was just fine and toiletries were better than expected. BREAKFAST was definitely better than expected; not excellent, but FREE, and for a family of 5 saved me $50, and the room was $50...so huge plus. Only 8 minutes to Universal and the Millenia Area is close by.
Location is in a very sketchy, crime ridden area; adjacent to Millenia Area, but actually right beside the FL Prison, and in a highly policed area. BUT...no vagrants hanging around, and we felt generally safe. Room phone didn't work, no microwave and our room didn't have a frig. I payed online, but they charged my card again - which I brought to their attention and they fixed. I'M NOT SAYING 'DON'T STAY HERE.' JUST...KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT.
Everything was good, they brings everything we need, the staff on the front desk are very kind, the only thing. I believe the team needs to communicate better among themselves... And there should be at least two staff members in the breakfast area.
The outside was pretty well kept. Breakfast was always filled.
The staffs at checkout was very untrustworthy. I did an early checkout on the 11th around 9am ,and was told I’d receive my refund. I asked for a printed receipt and she printed out a paper that said 1pm. I then received an email the next day saying my checkout was on the 12th.
I had called in multiple times on the 11th to send an email of my checkout and was rudely put on hold and then ignored when trying to call again. I then called on the 12th and was rudely handed up on each time.
At this point staying here made me feel robbed for my money and a dispute is my only option to receive my money back with the action this hotel handled my stay.
