Bad location
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to park outside the door of the first floor room. The breakfast was unusually good and offered multiple hot dishes.

Cons:

The location next to a major highway and the fencing of a large prison was unacceptable. The lack of sufficient staff to service such a large facility. The missing items in the room such as adequate towels, soap, etc. Poor tv offerings.

Pros:

We liked the fact that it was close to our venue

Cons:

There’s was no fridge in our room
The furniture looks like it’s from Amazon
The bathroom molding and was dirty and brown on the baseboards
The toilet has dark hard water stains
There wasn’t even a proper night stand
You couldn’t walk anywhere to grab anything everything needed to be ubered

Pros:

The location was near by my event and wasn't far from sea world.

Cons:

They didn't clean the room at all during the 3 nights and even when I asked the cleaning stuff to give me new towels she said I don't have a new towels. Breakfast was same every day and the juice was funny one day is so concentrated and sugary other day is so diluted.

Would not stay again.
Pros:

The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful, and very courteous, with the computers down he was as helpful as he could possibly be.

Cons:

The location was not accessible to anything except the jail next door. The rooms were outdated and not that clean, my bathroom don’t even have a door that shut all the way.

Never again, pay more to stay somewhere else safer, cleaner and more professional
Cons:

You get what you pay for. The property is pitch black dark at night walking back to your room. Internet and phones are down, how are you suppose to reach anyone for assistance ??? Dirty rooms, run down property, sketchy environment. I was given a key to a room with someone else’s belongings in it. Staff said well I told you the internet was down that’s why there is a mix up.

I will not return to this hotel and I will not recommend this hotel
Pros:

It was close to where I needed to go.

Cons:

We had 2 bath towels one hand towel and one washcloth for two people. I got bit up by bed bugs. There's no cable TV. For breakfast the eggs had an inch of water in them The sausage was barely cooked The orange juice was bitter and I couldn't get to the waffle machine cuz apparently that was the only thing people were wanting to eat.

Great for a night, clean and quiet.
Pros:

Located next to I-4. Smelled like bleach when I walked into the room. Clean sheets, nice tile and laminate flooring. Quiet at night.

Cons:

Right next to jail, hair on the bathroom floor, dead bugs in the window sill, slow elevator.
