Place is dirty, full of bugs and the staff sucks.
Pros:

Didn't like anything. The place is a dump. Between dead bugs under the bed sheets, and a TV that Didn't work, I don't know what was worse.

Cons:

The whole place smells. It was dirty, and full of bugs. We put my granddaughter to sleep,, and found out that there was dead bugs under the sheets. When down to talk with the receptionist, and the guy was watching videos online, instead of taking care of the problem. I wouldn't go back there.... EVER!!!!!!!

I probably won’t stay there again
Pros:

It looked like improvements were being done, but very slowly

Cons:

Rooms should be 100% ready before renting. Elevators should be ALL be working. MORE night lights in the parking lot….very unsafe.

I’ve stayed in cheap hotels for the same price as this place but always had better staff and amenities. Will never book
Pros:

The bed was the only good thing about this place. It was comfortable to sleep in.

Cons:

It’s old and everything is broken. Staff was rude and didn’t realize the hotel was next to a prison. Half of the wall outlets don’t work. Mini fridge kept leaking. Barely have 10 channels on the tv. Black mold spots in the ceiling.

Pros:

Su ubicación es excelente para ir a los parques, estás a 25 minutos de Magic kingdom y a 12 minutos de Universal. El desayuno es bueno, aunque estuvo dañado el dispensador de jugo.

Aire acondicionado funcional todo el tiempo, camas cómodas, baño en buen estado.

Cons:

La fachada y entrada a los cuartos se ve algo descuidada, pero el interior de las habitaciones está bien.

With the amount it cost and the people so nice it was
Pros:

I really enjoyed the breakfast and everyone
was super nice to me. I even went swimming and enjoyed the pool. All the front desk clerks and the housekeepers treated me with respect.

Cons:

The hotel being so close to the Orange County jail
