Hidden fees. Staff had no motivation and were unhelpful. We had to resolve everything ourselves.

It's dirty there's bugs and the staff is rude go somewhere else

We didn’t stay. We checked out 15 min after checking in. There was a light shade missing, the only light that did work was in the bathroom. The bedding was dirty, the mattress was disgusting. The toilet seat was chopped and the floor had marks in it. There were crack heads hanging out all around the building outside. My friend and I did not feel safe staying there let alone leaving our car in the parking lot. (We are both female) the woman outside were practically naked and we were told they don’t give refunds. 3 days later I still have not received my $100 deposit back. I have NEVER seen/been in a hotel room in this bad of condition. The pictures online are nothing what the room looks like. Shame on you Days Inn for making us think it is a decent place and then won’t even give us a refund when we checked in at 7:15pm and checked out at 7:30pm. Our safety and health is way more important.

We we're able to have a early check in that was about the best thing about my stay. Ac had mold underneath it, the toilet had hair on it from people before us, shower sprayed water around the shower curtain. People running in front of our room at all hours of the night the beds were literally full size beds. The floors turned out feet black if we didn't wear socks. People were honking horns flashing lights in our window or around us. No first desk person, when I checked in the front desk was absolutely no help, couldn't ask anyone for extra towels or pillows. I would highly recommend paying extra money on a better hotel. This one was not worth it at all. Just avoid it at all cost.

I’m a very clean respectful person even with two kids my kids are super clean but I was having some trouble . . But the guy last night understood my situation and was extremely helpful and understanding also he was very serious about his job and very very kind the room did smell like strong bleach so if you need a new cleaner I’ll be glad to help but overall I enjoyed my night and the bed was comfy 😊

**DO NOT STAY HERE!!** It is infested with German roaches!! I booked for 3 nights. The first night was sleepless due to feeling like things were crawling on me all night but I thought it was just in head. The second night was again sleepless, but this time I found the reason. Between the hours of 1 am and 6 am, I killed about 10 roaches in the room, including 1 on my bed! At 6:30 am, I went to the front office and told them that I would be checking out because of the roach infestation and asked for a refund. The office guy said that it wouldn't be a problem for a refund for the 1 of 3 nights that I booked, but I would have to do it through Hotels.com. I went through the motions and then was told that I would not be able to get a refund for the 1 night because the hotel refused the request. I have put in a call to the health department. I suggest others do as well.

Great time

The fella at the front desk was attentive and had me checked in quickly. The room is a smoking room and I'm a nonsmoke but I'll live another night.

The room was falling apart. Door latch busted. Shower head falling off. Toilet seat looked dirty. Overall quality was low.

You get what you pay for. It was not the cleanest, but I was glad not to see bugs on the property. The included breakfast is standard tiny muffins, waffles, cereal, toast, and choice of juice, coffe or milk which was good. The bed was pretty comfortable which was also good. The room felt very humid even though the AC was on and we weren’t sweating, but I guess it wasn’t cold enough overall to keep the humidity away.

Roaches in the rooms. Very dirty. No help from management on getting a refund when we didn't even stay one night. WASTE OF MONEY

I didnt like the fact that even though the breakfast is complementary the still try to charge en extra 20 bucks for wanting to eat your food in your room. They dont even have enough seating available to accommodate all their guest. And the bteakfast is absolutely bare minimum.

I was unable to log in due to a computer issue. I was told it could be more than an hour. 7 other reservations were in front of me to check in.
I was told I can cancel my reservation and was then charged. I had to spend hours trying to resolve the mix up.
Terrible hotel

It was ok.
Lots of rust on shower but staff very friendly and willing to help.if needed.
