Great staff n accomadation
Pros:

Staff are very helpful caring polite kind they make sure all your needs are being met they try their best to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable rooms are standard could improve on their cleanliness but if u tell them they will personally clean your room to your satisfactory i will definatley stay again infact this is the only place when visiting jordon i will stay here as im a woman solo travelling this place made me feel very safe staff made me feel safe made my holiday relaxed enjoyable

Cons:

Just the bed sheets they need improvement didnt seem clean but when told staff they changed them straight away but they should get new n good quality bedding but overall apart from this there wasnt anything i did not like

Location is nice. Close to shops and restaurants

Cons:

Wifi was really weak. My room did not have a table, i could work on.
I would prefer having breakfast outside, as the one provided by hotel was not worth of paying

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.

The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. They rarely smiled and treated guests in an unprofessional manner, which made us feel uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.

The rooms were not clean, and even the non-smoking rooms had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unacceptable.

The hotel also has a wedding hall, and the noise was extremely loud until well after midnight. It was impossible to sleep or relax because of the constant music and celebration.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The poor service, lack of cleanliness, and excessive noise made our stay very unpleasant.

Pros:

Value of money was ok, However...

Cons:

Day staff not cooperative, bed size uncomfortable, isolation of the room is bad(sound could be heared from out side) , cleaner guy is very noisy , my room was directly above wedding hall i can't sleep.

اغطية الاسرة والوسادات غير نظيفة، المناشف مهترئة وقديمة لا يوجد شامبو ورائحة دخان بالكوريرو والغرف الفطور عبارة عن حمص وفول ولبنة

يحتاج تطوير وربما تغيير في الإدارة

الموقع جيد لمن كان في طرف عمان
وايضاً هادئ

Cons:

مستوى الفندق التكييف سيء وينزل منه ماء على السرير وكلمت الاستقبال مااستجاب
أيضاً جميع الفنادق يوجد على الأقل غلاية واكواب وسكر وشاي ضيافه وهذا الفندق لم يوفرها حتى ولا حذاء للحمام اجلكم الله

الغرفة كانت واسعة ونظيفة الموقع مثالي قريب من المحلات والمطاعم والتعامل كان راقي من موظفة الاستقبال ( روضه) كانت لطيفة و دوده ومتعاون جدا
