Hotel near Disney and spacious room
Pros:

The room was spacious. Laundry room was very helpful we used it a lot for our entire stay but it would be nice if they have more quarters available or credit card options to pay. The complimentary bus service going to Disney World and Universal Studios are the main reason I gave good reviews.

Cons:

Our room phone was broken, I asked the receptionist to have it fixed many times and no one came. No good restaurant available at late night. We ended up ordering uber eats instead of the room food service. I also wish if they had more bus service available at other Disney parks. We ended up hiring uber rides to back to the hotel instead. Maybe extend the bus service at least an hour more. We missed the bus service again and ended up hiring uber ride and it was pricey as it was farther away from the hotel.

We love how modern this hotel is. The lobby and bar areas were so beautiful and well kept. The elevators were really nice and clean as well as the hallways. The parking lot is well lit and close to the building. The room was beautiful with all the ambient lighting and the restroom was great. Glass shower doors and dual shower heads. Even the light switches and outlets looked awesome. We would highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

Now, the housekeeping people need to step it up and notch or two. The first night we were in our room, I had moved the oval table over so I could get to the window to have a look outside. There were potato chips on the floor under the table. Later that night my wife went to get a tissue and there was only one in the box. I put the empty tissue box on the little glass table in the restroom the next morning so it can be replaced.
The next day when we returned from Disney, housekeeping had made our beds but used the same sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. They had only put two towels in the restroom even though there were 3 of us in the room. There were no small wash cloths and the empty box of tissues was still on that little glass table. A new box was not given to us. The shower had not been touched or cleaned and the trash in the trash bin was still there.
I had went to the front desk to get another towel, wash cloths, and a new box of tissue. The young lady said that she would have housekeeping bring up the wash cloths because she didn't have any available. After about 30 minutes I had called the front desk and the same lady said she is sending housekeeping now. The wash cloths arrived about 10 minutes later.
Overall our stay was great and we would highly recommend anyone to stay here. I just think housekeeping needs to be more caring or less rushed to take care of the little things too.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Location was nice. Rooms are a good size.

Cons:

Horrible customer service at check-in. The woman that helped us seemed annoyed that we were distracting her from scrolling on her phone. We received very short responses and were not told anything about the hotel (i.e. breakfast options, pool, other facilities). Later we encountered other nice employees, but unfortunately a bad first impression already tainted the experience.

A room with ‘City view’ in this case is overlooking the freeway and the rooms itself was decently clean.

Pros:

Convenient to Disney, wonderful room. 4 adults and we were all very pleased. We did not do the breakfast or bar, but the room was clean, great size and very comfortable. Would definitely use again!

Cons:

The ice maker on 5th floor wasn't working.
