Cons:

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. They charged us 3 times for amounts that had already been paid for our stay, and so far we have not been able to resolve the issue with anyone or get our money back.

What makes it even more frustrating is that all of this happened during our wedding anniversary trip, completely ruining what was supposed to be a special experience.

The hotel claims that their system changed and that the staff was not properly trained. Unfortunately, the front desk staff also seemed to have absolutely no proper training or preparation to handle and resolve guests’ problems.

Meanwhile, we are left without any concrete solution and without even knowing if we will ever receive a refund for the incorrect charges.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of support, organization, and respect for guests, I cannot recommend this hotel.
