Nice hotel!
Pros:

The room was very modern, spacious and really clean. It exceeded my expectations. Very nice touches and everything that you would need in the room. Hotel stored my bags for a few hours after checkout which was nice.

Cons:

The shuttle service is only once per day to Disney Springs which is not ideal and was one of the main reasons to book here. I did easily get Ubers/Lyfts

It was a nice hotel but a bit pricey for location.
Pros:

It was clean and the shower was awesome

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t included and there was a lot of construction around there

Terrible!
Pros:

For the most part the location was great. Nice and tidy area.

Cons:

When I got room service 2 gold chains went missing. Granted they had a safe where I could have left our belongings but it’s the principle of it all. To put the icing on the cake, even snacks were taken from my room. I complained and reported it and it got me absolutely nowhere. Whoever cleaned the room just be glad I never saw your face!
