Esperaba un hotel boutique, pagué de más con el propósito de tener un día de descanso en un hotel lindo, agradable, pero encontré un hotel básico, sin restaurante, sin bar, sin Spa ni servicio a las habitaciones (a pesar de que esto se anunciaba en booking). Las instalaciones deficientes. La ventana no tenía manivela, por lo que no se podía cerrar, entraba viento y ruido. La persiana mala. Pared del baño evidentemente sucia, el piso de la ducha feo y quebrado. Luces blancas de hospital. Para prender la luz había que ir hasta la entrada de la habitación, sólo había una lámpara de lectura y no funcionó o no supe cómo... Venía de un vuelo temprano, llegué cansada a las 10am con la esperanza de que me dieran habitación para descansar y extraerme leche (estoy amamantando), el check in es a las 3pm, y sólo a las 2:45pm me dieron la habitación, fue decepcionante que no hicieron mucho por ayudarme en ese sentido.
Estaba cerca de donde tenía que ir
No tenía ropero, no tenia caja de seguridad, no tenia secador de pelo, un día se llevaron la toalla de mano y no la repusieron. Tuve que desayunar parado porque no tenían lugar para sentarse.
Respecto a las cosas que no tenían las marco porque en la publicación figuraban.
Si el viaje es una corta estadía, está bien por su ubicación cerca a corferias.
La habitación es demasiado encerrada, no tiene ventanas. Se escucha mucho ruido del pasillo.
