Excelente ubicacion
Falta de desayuno y lugar de estacionamiento
Mi papá y mi abuela se hospedaron 5 noches y tuvieron una estadía muy agradable. La limpieza fue impecable (10/10) y el personal fue excelente: muy atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitaran. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, especialmente si van a hacer trámites o actividades relacionadas con la Embajada de Estados Unidos. Sin duda lo recomendamos y volveríamos a reservar.
English: My father and grandmother stayed for 5 nights and had a very pleasant experience. Cleanliness was outstanding (10/10), and the staff were amazing, very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything they needed. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re doing anything related to the U.S. Embassy. We definitely recommend it and would book again.

Sería bueno que las habitaciones tengan una nevera con bebidas y para guardar algo que se deba refrigerar. También sería bueno que tengan secador en el baño

Almohadas horribles, me parecen dispositivos de rescate maritimo. Tan malo que literalmente tuve un sueño de canjear almohadas.
En el baño, mal diseño significa que el agua de la ducha va regando por todo el baño y afuera.
Un dia, la señora de desayuno quiso negarme diciendo que no era incluido, y tuve que insistir y casi hacer cantaleta para que ella verifique, y obvio que sí, fue incluido. Esto quemó mi mañana y me dejó con malgenio y estrés que tuve que luchar para mermar. Sentí muy ofendido.

Publicidad engañosa respecto al desayuno
Muy cómodo. Las camas muy confortantes y limpias. Súper cerca de la embajada. Una zona tranquila y amena para caminar.
Si bien las instalaciones estaban bien podría estar mejor cuidadas. Sobre todo las paredes y terminaciones. Las cabeceras de la cama tenían polvo. Y el baño tenía pintura cayéndose

Se agradecería que tuvieran unas alpargatas ya que el piso de mantiene muy frío y un blower para el pelo en el baño.
La ubicación, en general las instalaciones son buenas, el servicio particularmente de la recepcionista de la mañana, una persona sumamente encantadora.
Mucho ruido, a raíz de la obra del lado. Que las camas no trajeran consigo mantas/cobijas. Falta de un kit básico de higiene.
