Budget hotel certainly doesn't deserve the 4* or use the word boutique. But for €40 a night it solved a problem.

Wonderful, amazing experience.
Pros:

Everything perfect for me. People, experience, the bed, bedroom, bathroom, the breakfast so wonderful, price has good balance between it and service. all quite good. If I need to visit Bogota again I will use same hotel. I m confident to recommend this hotel for short and long period.
