Pros:

Upgraded to a king bed with private bathroom. had to pay 100000 for. There is a kitchen and living room, but no amenities. I wonder What is the purpose of this kitchen is,

Nice and clean downtown hotel
Pros:

Good and safe hotel for sightseeing in downtown Cartagena. Difficult to communicate without some knowledge in Spanish. To book a tour with the guys at the entrance who happen to have an “office” in the 2nd floor is very time-consuming if you don’t speak Spanish. But hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Apartment was big enough for our needs. Unfortunately roof-top terrace was only used for breakfast. No service in the evening.
