Pros:

Недалеко от Арбата, администратор охотно и подробно объясняет дорогу по телефону. Сам отель находится в подвале, туалет общий, душ в комнате, отделен от комнаты только занавеской. Окон нет, достаточно холодно в номерах, но можно взять печку из коридора. Кухня - часть коридора - общая, с утра полз таракан...
