المكان نضيف جدا وامكنايته ممتازه ومكانه مميز فى شارع الطرح بس اول مره اشوف فندق من غير روم سيرفس وهاوس كيبنج واما اطلب حد يظبط الغرفه و يملى الكوفى كورنر يطنشوا مع انى كلمتهم ٣ مرات بجد مشوفتش اهمال كده لو فى حبه اهتمام الموضوع هيبقى احسن كتير
موظف الاستقبال كان محترم جدا فى. Check in w check out والفطار كان كويس ومتنوع والبول لطيف ومساحه الغرف كويسه

Worst Hotel- Avoid this Hotel

The worst place ever, We faced an issue on the pool area the guy was there has a mental issue,what went wrong “ we went to pool area at 9:4 am to just enjoy and rest we started to take photos and videos for the pool and view, the rude guy started to loud his voice that not allowed to take videos or pics inside the pool, I asked him to speak with professional way he started to say “ anti msh mtrbia anti 7iwana w *** omk” we had a very bad discussion from both sides, then he asked to call the police, I took a video while he was doing this” the hotel manager came to solve the issue, and unfortunately nothing handled!!!! Very disappointing, please avoid this hotel as much as you can.

I would like to thanks all the staff they were very helpful and fantastic service I really recommend to all and the food was excellent and the place also offers the best service and best welcoming thanks alot

Despite it was one night stay but I really enjoy the hotel .
it is not my first time to visit this hotel but I do appreciate their efforts

At night someone opened the door with a card. He claimed that he was the resident in the same room. When I called the reception they said that he was the previous gust and he still had his key card they were not sorry. They didn't call security. They acted as if it was everyday activity.
Next day I needed something from the reception. they told me to wait. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked them again. They forgot. They had nothing to do and they were chatting together but left me waiting

Excellent Stay, Yet Not Too Luxurious
Pros:

I have been to this hotel for one night stay for a business mission at Port Said.
I found the hotel good and cozy, the reception's decorations were good, the staff very helpful and the room was good also.
However, for those looking for highly luxurious stays, do not add this hotel to your list. This does not mean this hotel is not good, it is very good actually but not that luxurious.
