Pros:

The pictures are VERY misleading. There wasn't 1 thing I enjoyed about my stay.

Cons:

The roaches and ants were a real issue. When brought up to staff it was to be taken care of .... They did nothing....we had to sleep with the air conditioner and lights on 24/7! Absolutely disgusting 🤮

Pros:

Beware of this hotel. I made a reservation for the wrong dates and CANCELLED WITHIN ONE MINUTE. The took my money and will not refund. Not to mention the desk clerk was very rude.

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia ,el lugar muy bonito y pacifico

Cons:

No te ponían amenidades como shampoo a diario y cuando le pedías a la mucama te enviaban a recepción además decía que venía incluído un set de cocina y demoraron un día en llevar los utencilicios

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, The hotel have full kitchen and very well-maintained. The room was spacious comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a smooth and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and overall quality. Looking forward to staying here again!!

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The staff was welcoming and always willing to help with any questions. Housekeeping was amazing and really went above and beyond to ensure guests had what they needed ,it was a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

Pros:

Stayed in room 121. It was falling apart, closet doors were broken and hanging, couch has rips in the top of it, safety latch on the entrance. Door was ripped off at some point, bathroom tub. When you stood in it felt like it was going to fall into the floor below. You, all but one light bulb in the bathroom was missing out of I think six, the bathroom lights were filled with mold and other kind of dust above. It looks like it's been there for years, the office chair looked like it was dragged behind a car. Half the wheels are ground down to nothing.

The night staff was very friendly

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean it, it smelled bad, the shower head made loud sounds when turned on, the lamp shades next to the bed were very dirty.

Value property, keep expectations low
Pros:

Got the job done, but property was run down and could use renovation and repair. Seemed a little sketch as people appeared to live here. Towels were soft, bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Service was great.

Depressing and run down
Pros:

The room was very dirty and stanky with bugs i would not go back but it was convenient. I would scout out for better options the pictures didnt match the services rendered

About the only good thing was the comfortable bed

Very dirty bath tub grimmy coffee pot no working channels on TV no working Internet no working room phone to contact office or anyone for that matter. I was looking forward to just soaking in a hot relaxing bubble bath but the tub was sooooooo filthy

I do not recommend this hotel. Not for comfort, not for cleanliness, not for any amenities, not even for the cold breakf
Pros:

It had to be by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Cons:

The room was ant infested. We couldn’t even leave a drink or any food on the table for any amount of time before a whole farm of ants got into the cup or plate. The front desk representative was accusing my kids of running on the floor above, the entire time my children stayed on the first floor. We initially got the rooms because our electricity was temporarily off due to the strong winds, and I specifically booked with them for the indoor pool, which was not opened.
