Pros:

The night staff was very friendly

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean it, it smelled bad, the shower head made loud sounds when turned on, the lamp shades next to the bed were very dirty.

Value property, keep expectations low
Pros:

Got the job done, but property was run down and could use renovation and repair. Seemed a little sketch as people appeared to live here. Towels were soft, bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Service was great.

Depressing and run down
Pros:

The room was very dirty and stanky with bugs i would not go back but it was convenient. I would scout out for better options the pictures didnt match the services rendered

I do not recommend this hotel. Not for comfort, not for cleanliness, not for any amenities, not even for the cold breakf
Pros:

It had to be by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Cons:

The room was ant infested. We couldn’t even leave a drink or any food on the table for any amount of time before a whole farm of ants got into the cup or plate. The front desk representative was accusing my kids of running on the floor above, the entire time my children stayed on the first floor. We initially got the rooms because our electricity was temporarily off due to the strong winds, and I specifically booked with them for the indoor pool, which was not opened.

Pros:

About the only good thing was the comfortable bed

Cons:

Very dirty bath tub grimmy coffee pot no working channels on TV no working Internet no working room phone to contact office or anyone for that matter. I was looking forward to just soaking in a hot relaxing bubble bath but the tub was sooooooo filthy

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Excellent staff, very welcoming, I've stayed here several times now, and I always have a great stay, Always clean, and the staff is always great. The beds are comfy, the location is perfect for me, I highly recommend this hotel Will stay here again.

Creepy man
Pros:

What was once probably a nice residence inn is now a dumpy efficiency hotel. Rooms are gross, grounds are worse, however, it is management and ownership that is the problem. I came with two dogs and I paid $70 for them to stay. As I walked my dogs, the owner followed me. It got so bad, I was so creeped out and scared that I confronted him. I even asked another guess to confirm that I asked him to stop. He continued to follow me and scare me. I went to the desk and she said he just wanted to check that I paid for my dogs. She totally blew me off. The owner had so many other choices to find out if I paid other than to follow me around and freak me out. Save yourself stay somewhere else. There are many professionally run hotels in the area.

Cons:

Paid for and booked a suite with two rooms, but they didn't have any for us. Had to settle for a room with two beds. No adjustments to my bill were made, so I ended up paying more for a room we did not want.
