The hotel took money from me online and also charged my friend and made him pay cash. I am still awaiting the refund. Simply unacceptable!

The location is well centralized yet very peaceful. Room is neat and tidy. Breakfast served was also great. Amazing overall experience during the stay. Spl mention to Mr. Avijit Pradhan who was always prompt to act on your needs. We being the first-timers in Bengaluru, he guided well about the area around. SHIVAS KUTEER - Highly recommended.

Liked the cleanliness of room and toilet.
No proper facilities. No glass and water provided in the room. Double bed requested and provided two single beds. Hair dryer is not even available with reception. I am not sure how ladies can hair done proper. Wondering why give genius 3 discount on this property. Switches were wrongly positioned

Did not choose breakfast option at the time of booking but still had Continental Breakfast on 13th December that was well prepared inhouse by Abhijit although the menu spread was limited.
Allotted only 2nd floor room despite special request but had no elevator facility!
The location of the TV unit in the room was totally incorrect since it should have been on direct/straight line vision from the bed. Maybe the Split AC indoor unit & the TV unit as existing now inside the room should get swapped.
