Paying extra to park. It wasn’t a busy area. Parking wasn’t high demand.
Friendly staff. Good parking situation, though was charged for it. Smallish, oddly designed room and just basic bathroom were disappointments. Good breakfast.

It was fine
Staff was friendly but for one person.
There were a few glitches.
Our original room (401) smelled of mildew however, the frontline staff were very good and quickly moved us into another room (310). Our second room was fine but for the TV turning on at 3AM ... and so we unplugged the unit and left it off during our stay. We reported this to the front desk. Other than the first 3AM wake up call it was not a real issue because we did not need to watch TV. There was also a defective LED bulb in our room that flashed rapidly and we reported that again to the front desk. Again no real issue. On our last evening around 10PM we picked up some snacks in the self-serve store but there was nobody at the front desk to record the purchase. We even called out and looked into the office but there was nobody there. We took a picture of our snacks and returned to the front desk the next morning around 6 AM (at breakfast time) in order to pay for the items. I showed the picture of the items to the lady at the front desk. She was not pleasant and said I should have checked the office before going upstairs. When I told that we did and that there was nobody there she had a scowl on her face. She was not pleasant and seemed to be half asleep. Grumpy! Definitely this was the only person we encountered at the hotel who was not friendly. As an aside we've stayed at this hotel twice before and always had a very positive experience with staff other than this last incident on our last day. Hmmm!
The front desk clerk Rachel was very helpful with my stay. Even though we did not have internet most of the night.
Friendly and helpful people.
They can improve breakfast options. Breakfast was the only negative
Clean rooms
Good breakfast
Friendly staff
This was a nice hotel with clean rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff!
Nothing! It was a great stay for my mom and me!
Very convenient
Breakfast was fine. I would love a fresh fruit besides apples
Daily housekeeping
Enough of the Covid excuse
It’s nice to come back to a clean room when you’re paying $300 a night
Did not eat at the hotel.
No shops or stores within walking distance of the hotel.
Bed was comfy and rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was free 😆
