Kavos Plaza Hotel

Great location, clean hotel, nice breakfast options and helpful staff.

Please be aware the area is filled with younger people on a party holiday - this didn't bother us but may put people off.

Also the closest beach is not particular nice. Its clean but the water is muddy. The nicer beach on Kavos is a good 30 minute walk away.

It’s an hour’s drive from Corfu airport and the old town, but the journey is definitely worthwhile. The staff are incredibly helpful; one of them assisted us in booking a last-minute cruise. The port is located just 20 minutes from the hotel. Additionally, there are numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity, making it a great spot for nightlife; there’s also an aqua park and beach close by.

La chambre était très bien est surtout très propre.
Un petit bémol sur la salle de bain un peu trop petite .
Le personnel était très gentil.

Love the beauty of the property

Very lovely staff, they could not do enough for you. Clean hotel, spacious room, comfy beds. Food was great. Thanks for organizing our take-away breakfast, much appreciated. Only downside was very noisy aircon that kept us awake all night.

The Staff where super accommodating and really helpful helping us book excursions and giving us recommendations for food and things to do, we stayed half board and the separate half board menu was perfect for what we needed. Very much enjoyed the fact that the room had a fridge so was really convenient if we wanted to buy food - overall a wonderful place to stay with super lovely staff, with a 10 minute walk to the beach, would recommend and would stay again.

Le personnel y est très sympathique que se soit pour l'enregistrement ou pour un verre le soir. Le seul inconvénient fût les douches qui ne sont pas les plus propres (un peu de moisissures). Les chambres sont plutôt très simples. Kavos est une ville de fête donc bruyant le soir mais l'hôtel est pas mal isolé. La plage est a 5 minutes a pied. Nous avions loué une voiture et le stationnement autour de l'hôtel était facile (attention ce n'était pas pendant les grosses périodes)

Kind staff room was okay some dirty parts

The luxury suite was great and spacious, the bar man Fortis was the best staff ever and made us feel welcome. We were only disappointed when the lady at reception made us wait whilst she ate for 20 mins when we needed our keycard to get back in our room. That wasn't good. However Fortis the bar man kept us happy with great conversation and apologies whilst we waited.

Les chambres sont d un autre temps. La douche est en très mauvaise état, la poubelle de la salle de bain vieille et rouillée..

Terrible visit. I did not enjoy my stay there at all. For starters, my key wasn’t there when I arrived. My initial instinct seems to be right. Someone had to be living in the room before I was given the key. The room was NOT cleaned. There were spiders & spider webs on the ceiling, the AC leaked throughout the day and night, the bathroom was very disgusting. There was a lot of mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, the bathroom mirror looked like it haven’t been cleaned in a while. It has toothpaste stains all over it. They’re STILL there. The room service didn’t clean my room not ONCE while I was there. Granted they folded the covers from the beds & took out the trash once but even the covers had STAINS! I was very uncomfortable in the room. Even the towels had holes. I am a known traveler and this, by far, was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Il bagno era così sporco da farmi vivere con disagio tutto il soggiorno. Il box doccia aveva una tenda della doccia macchiata di giallo e muffa e non entro nel
dettaglio perché sto male al solo ricordo. Non potevi fare una doccia perché allagavi tutto. Il cambio lenzuola e cestini avveniva ogni 2/3 giorni. Mi hanno dato una camera affianco ad un box contenente il motore della piscina, impossibile dormire per il casino. Il frigo bar era tutto arrugginito e sporco. Sono sincera, mai soggiornato in una struttura tanto fatiscente e lontana da una buona norma igenica. Perché economico non vuol dire mal ridotto e sporco e a rischio salute.
Il quartiere kavos lo sconsiglio vivamente perché è la zona dei giovani per lo più inglesi e tedeschi.
Brutta anche la spiaggia di Kavos.
Mi spiace ma molto delusa dalla struttura e dall’isola in generale.

Le personnel était super agréable tout comme le reste de la ville ! Seul point négatif, c’est la wifi qui laisse à désirer ..

Rooms were okay according to the destination and star rating.

El hotel se encuentra a pocos metros de la calle concurrida de pubs y tiendas , es un hotel tranquilo y con buena piscina . El personal muy amable y la comida en el restaurante del hotel está deliciosa .

Las camas deben mejorarse y algunos detalles de la habitacion .

The hotel is no frills/basic. As a solo traveler I loved the hotel because it was busy. Bartenders Ben and Ari were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Melina at the desk was excellent responding to any requests. Some days housekeeping did not come but it was fine. Bargain price fun hotel fun location. Also I had a car so I could see the island of Corfu. It’s big!
