The staff were wonderful. Hamid at the front desk was extremely helpful as we're the restaurant waitresses. The room was elegant and the breakfast quite good.
We had to work on a confusion with our reservation and this wasn't quite as smooth as everything else.
Excellent location to walk to Spark Arena or restaurants in Parnell.
There is very poor lighting in the room. Totally inadequate to read by and poor placement as to where the lights are placed.
