Pros:

This is my hotel of choice in Auckland. Even street side rooms are quiet. Great pool, lovely area, excellent evening menu for bar snacks

Cons:

Was in for leisure but in a room Uber the restaurant which meant chair scraping and people walking noise prevented a sleep in. Ok on a work day but on a leisure day it wasn't flash.

Great but need doonah
Pros:

Guy at reception was a delight. Room was one for us when we walked in. Extra milks given happily.

Cons:

Need more than a thin rug on a cold night for those of us that don't like to have the heater on all night. The step up to the shower tricky for elderly.

Gute Lage.

Cons:

'Frühstücksbuffet' war sehr, sehr minimalistisch. Im Rührei steckte der Löffel von den Baked Beans. Sonst gab es nur Birnen aus der Dose, Toast und eine kleine Müslistation. Und der Kaffee, wenn man das überhaupt so nennen kann, war wirklich sehr schlecht. Am schlimmsten allerdings war dieser Typ der das Frühstück bewacht hat. Der war so unfreundlich!
Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen!!

Pros:

This hotel is really comfortable. We arrived after midnight after reception had closed but there is a lockbox system with the room key in so very easy to check-in. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the supplied toiletries sublime. All the reception staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area Would definitely return in the future.

Average but would not stay again as resturant not good.
Pros:

location was good for us. View from the hotel was very pleasant. We didnt have breakfast. waitress in the resturant was very pleasant and helpful despite having to tell us 4 times that what we wanted was not available.

Cons:

We stayed two nights. I would have thought that they would make the room up for the second day. The resturant was not up to scratch . We asked for 4 different things before we got what we wanted, Everything we asked for ( on the menu) was not available

Pros:

Very close to the Auckland Museum we were visiting. All staff we interacted with were very professional and pleasant. Room was nice and I thought it might be noisy with the road next to my room but night time was quiet.

Cons:

Unfortunately when we stayed they didn't have the buffet operating for breakfast but the breakfast menu was ordered from was very good.

Our stay was generally comfortable
Pros:

The room was spotless. Love the location. The building smells fresh. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The cups were very small. We had to buy our own mugs to get a decent cup of tea or coffee. The extractor fan in the bathroom, toilet was only on at selected hours, not when needed.
The TV sound was not crisp and clear, a little muffled.

Beside my untidy bed, it was a lovely convenient place to stay.

Perfect downstairs room

Cons:

I have a thing about my bed being stripped and remade every day. Always have. Put the sign on my door on Saturday at about 8am for my room to be tidied, thereby expecting my bed to be made. Returned after 3pm and my bed was not made up. A bit disappointing as I thought I could be spoilt this time while staying at your facility. In brief, I like a tidy made up bed every day. A quirk I have!
