No patio, but paid for a room with a patio
Pros:

I liked the location, which was perfect for our plans. Room was clean enough. The bathroom was very good, clean, and the shower was amazing.

Cons:

I booked a room with a patio but there was no access to said patio. The door was bolted so we couldn't get out to it.

Pros:

The man behind the reception was extremely busy..not one room spare and was handling it all with a smile..even the customers that wanted him to handle all their personal plans aswell as be their servant...still did it with a smile..poor guy..

Cons:

The lady at the reception. No smile, no talking, tried to charge me for the room even though I had paid previously on line. Lacked customer service.
