This was a safe, welcoming and budget friendly option near Cairo airport. Staff were warm and responsive, and the room was clean and comfortable. It's not luxury but if you're wondering if it's a safe and comfy option at a budget-friendly price-point, I'd say it is.

A great hotel right next to the airport if you’re looking for it
Issue on check in resolved swiftly. Lovely comfortable hotel with a nice pool
The bedrooms are quite unclean and very smelly. They have a rug that not been cleaned in years. The aesthetic of the hotel are lovely but that’s about it all.
Service was slow and terrible, food at buffet and a la carte was not good at all. It took about 40 mins for me to get a caprese salad and they had to go to the buffet to add bread to the order.
Good experience makes me not to miss it next time

Organization was lacking some with reservation. Gym lacking good air conditioner and could use water machine. People were very helpful. Food was great!.

Stayed for one night before a connecting flight back to the US and was pleasantly surprised by how nice and relaxed this hotel was. Had great amenities, options for dining, very close to the airport with a shuttle provided to and from. While it may not be the best to stay at if you want the action of the city, I would highly recommend it if you want to be close to the airport and want a quality stay for the price.

Was well taken care off during my short stay. I arrived at the hotel early hours of the morning and the staff were cheery and happy which I love to see.
I requested a late checkout as I arrived later than expected and the wonderful man checking me in didn't bat an eye and said it's done. Amazing!
Breakfast was amazing, a buffet with a wide range, there's something for everyone.
The room is compact but has everything you'd need, modern in design. The grounds are lovely and large. The gym well equipped.
The free shuttle was a great perk, leaving every 30mins and running 24hrs a day.
The one negative I have is this; when I was at the airport it wasn't easy to find where the shuttle location was not was there a schedule as to when the shuttle departs. I tried to call the hotel for guidance but no-one picked up. Arriving at 04:00 and being met with unscrupulous taxi drivers who lied about the shuttle being closed and charging extortionate prices for a 5mins journey.
Eventually found the shuttle location and arrived quickly at the hotel.
Hotel is nice
Some drops happened like toilet in room needed fixation-AC was not cooling less than 27 C..
Staff is cery supportive and offered replacement room to sleep instead in tge 2nd night
Pool is very nice
Jumaa prayer is perfect
The dinner buffet was ok the meat was dry and was a lift over from lunch
Room was clean
It was a nice time to stay, quite place, friendly team
