Please stop charging for parking, it's already enough we have to pay for the hotel, taxes, then on top of that I have to pay for parking for my car, and then when I get back to my room there's no parking spaces, so why I am paying for parking, just seems thats not fair ,especially in this economy, also the sheets had a dark stain on them. And also why does the housekeeper knock one time and open your door , you guys need a better policy on that ,people are still sleeping when the housekeeper opens the door

Beware bed bugs!!
Cons:

I would never stay at the Rosen again!! There were bed bugs in the room!! And when we asked for another room there were roaches in the second room! It was truly a horrible experience
