Der Außenpool war wegen Umbau geschlossen, deshalb hatten wir das Hotel gebucht. Das sollte man klar kommunizieren, spätestens in einem der vielen Mail, die man vor Ankunft bekommt. Der Pool im Keller ist eine größere Badewanne und darf nur von vier Personen gleichzeitig und nur mit Reservierung genutzt werden. Wir konnten ihn daher nicht einmal jeden Tag benutzen. Unser erstes Zimmer beim lift war sehr laut, wie konnten jedoch problemlos Zimmer wechseln

I had to use two different lifts to get to breakfast.
The rooftop bar for breakfast and sunset drinks was so impressive. This location is perfect for exploring Athens by foot as it’s in the middle of everything.
The rooms are a little dated

Staff were wonderful, the location is excellent, breakfast was very good.
Not enough hangers in the closet, not enough storage space for clothes...a dresser would be more useful than a large desk. Old fashion, useless wall mounted hairdryer. Did not like the foam mattress and no top sheet...just the duvet cover. This is not what I would have expected in a premium hotel.

Everything. Our suite was beautiful. Our view was outstanding. The facility and staff were excellent. Best breakfast buffet ever. The location was convenient to good shopping, restaurants and sites

The breakfast was excellent in quality and quantify. We could sit inside or outside and had an amazing view of the Acropolis. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner one evening in the same setting as well as enjoying our visits to the Garden Restaurant. Location was excellent, and the staff was very friendly, helpful and informative.
We have all positive comments regarding Electra Palace.
