The hotel was simply perfect! Everything was exceptionally clean, the welcome was warm and friendly, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

The entire staff was amazing and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Georgia, who was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. She made our stay even more special.

This was my fourth stay at the hotel, and I’m going booked my fifth! That says everything.

A special thank you for arranging our airport transfer. The driver was excellent, professional, and made our arrival completely stress-free.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for another wonderful stay!

Perfect!
Pros:

Location is excellent! You can walk to all the sites. Staff is friendly and very helpful. And the breakfast is one of the best we have ever had. Not to mention the amazing view of Athens. Incredible experience.

Best Place to Stay in Athens!
Pros:

The Electra Palace Hotel is a property that is dedicated to fine detail and the pampering of their guests. The staff was friendly and beyond accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed having lunch and swimming at the rooftop pool. A fabulous buffet breakfast was included in the price of our room. The highlight though was dinner at the rooftop restaurant that offered a breathtaking view of the Acropolis and the Parthenon.
The day before we checked out, our flight was canceled 3 times. A highly stressful experience. Sofia at the front desk helped take the edge off by offering a late check-out and a coupon for drinks -all much needed! My family and I felt very taken care of. That's important when you're traveling in a foreign country. Electra Palace understands that. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Pros:

Staff were absolutely lovely and the hotel is in a perfect location! Great breakfast too!

Cons:

Incredibly expensive (just short of €700) for a one night stay and the balcony looked nothing like the photos on booking. We had requested twin beds (showing as available for the room type hence making the decision to book here) when booking months ago which, when I enquired about after first seeing our room, was told were in fact not available. Overall a lovely stay due to location, staff and great breakfast, but there are better room options elsewhere for a lower price tag.

They put my wife and I in twin beds rather than a queen and we could clearly hear conversations in the rooms on either side ad the phone in this room did not work either...
