Happy but a bit let down, still a 4 1/2 star stay overall!!

Staff was exceptional in all aspects, Randy in the gift shop is the most happy person and so nice to talk to!! I made a friend😊, NOW THE COMPLAINT ---the restaurant was never opened for dinner as advertised but they had breakfast in same location! Our air conditioning wasn't working properly, set off our detector at 2:30 am, called and when the guy came made a comment on smoking in room as we are in bed half out of it!! I said "does it look like we are smoking?", he stared at the detector for 3 mins, he was there 10 mins just to judge and push a button. To find out it was a wire in AC unit after we checked out, OTHER THAN THAT, we had a great time and would love to stay again!! I would recommend to anyone, the location is PERFECT!! THEY WILL DO THE BEST THEY CAN (WITH IN REASON) FOR THE GUEST, OUR experience was not terrible or completely bad, just disappointed in a few aspects, however the stay was GREAT! 4+ ****

The restaurant was not open at any point for dinner in our 3 night stay, literally had to leave property, which is what I wanted to avoid after a long day of walking. AC not working properly

Cons:

long queues at reception at times taking ages to get to top of queue, dated now including carpet, not so loyal to returning guests and ignoring requests before arrival. cleaning of room is extremely limited. no hot water for a day. no wifi in parts.
