It was a very convenient location for the Convention Center’s, both North and East-West. The bed was super comfortable and the room was big enough. Very close to the food court and CVS. Close to bus stops
It’s quite close to the highway, so if you get a room facing it, it might get a little loud at night. The food amenities of the hotel are not the best, but there are a lot of restaurants in the Plaza right next to the hotel.
The hotel was clean and located perfectly for my business meetings. The staff were very attentive. Especially at the sports bar. Breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options and good value
My room was comfortable and clean but the bathrooms could use updating.

Nice, clean hotel. The restaurant was really good.
We had to drive around whole place for almost an hour to find any open parking space. This was only at 5pm. We finally found one 4 buildings away. We almost canceled because of this.

Just to walk across the street to Fanny bones, comedy club.
the check lady was not very nice and did not care that I could not walk far asking for room, not far away from the parking lot as I have a boot on my foot ,and im bruise and she could see that I was having a hard time walking and standing then she thought it was funny to put us at the far end of the building on the 2nd floor. Needless to say I will never be back to a place that can't put you in a room that meets your needs. If I was not hurt I would not have mine she put us at the far end. So if you have a need they will not do anything to make you comfortable. What a uncaring staff.
