Great Stay!
Pros:

I had an amazing stay at The St. Regis Cairo. Everything was absolutely on point—from the impeccable service to the beautiful property. The staff truly made the experience exceptional with their warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail.

A very special thank you to my butler, Hedyah, who was simply outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect, and her kindness and dedication made my visit truly memorable.

The breakfast was another highlight, with an excellent selection and outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly attentive, especially Rasha, whose hospitality and genuine care made each morning a pleasure.

Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I look forward to returning!

This was one the best experience we have had in all our travels worldwide.
Pros:

Most employees demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and professionalism, taking a genuine interest in our comfort and consistently going beyond their expected duties to assist us. They made a concerted effort to remember our names and were mindful of our individual preferences.

Cons:

It is not attributable to the fault of the hotel; however, it appears that all the facilities we visited in Egypt did not provide adequately secured designated smoking areas. As a result, we were still exposed to secondary smoke, even while occupying non-smoking sections.

Qualité de service exceptionnelle, très attentionné, tres aimable, de bon conseil.
Chambre spacieuse, tres bien aménagée, confort parfait:
Restaurant extérieur très bon, la qualité des plats est au rdv, ainsi que, là encore, le service parfait.
L’ensemble de l’hôtel est magnifique, élégant, avec une touche orientale sans kitsch.
La piscine n’est pas grande mais elle est très agréable au milieu de l’agitation et de la chaleur du Caire. Là aussi, le service est pensé avec toutes les attentions possibles.
Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour rendre le séjour agréable.
Une excellente adresse.

Cons:

Le seul petit déjeuner (à part en chambre) est un buffet qui est sans doute excellent mais nous aurions aimé pouvoir avoir un petit déjeuner à la carte, par exemple au bar ou au restaurant de la piscine.
