Signature Maingate staff are liars
Pros:

Not much to like about this place, price was right I suppose but they will try to screw you out of your deposit on the way out.

Cons:

The jacuzzi is dirty and luke warm and when I said something to the desk they said they would be right out and take a look but then did nothing. Room smelled like nail polish remover when we first entered and the floors are dirty, don't believe me then wear white socks and walk around for 20 minutes. Upon leaving they told me that I was being charged for dirty towels, the towels were dirty from being used on their floor and I explained that to them and they didn't care. I suggest anyone staying here to take video of how dirty the floors are when they arrive, if I stay here again I will be bringing a swifter and will be taking video of their dirty floors first thing and then like I told the front desk I will be charging them a cleaning fee. Dude tried to tell me at check out that they couldn't get the dirt out of their towels, telling me that they were " scrubbing" them and it wouldn't come out, straight out lies, we had just left the room and had watched the lady throw everything into a pile while it sat on her cart. He also said that there was weed smell coming out of the room, I don't smoke weed, I smoke cigars and only outside, so there is another lie but there are plenty of people smoking weed in the parking lot and on the balcony all day and night long. These people are dishonest so be sure to cover your own butt if staying here. Also, they have a washer and dryer on-site that people left stuff in and not just clothes but trash as well, I had to pick bits of paper and trash out of the washer before I used it. Overall, this place is a pass for me in the future because of how their staff lies and acts.

Dirty and unprofessional. A lot of hair and stains on entire bedding, hair in showers, red substance on toilet that I had to clean to even use it. They gave me new sheets to put on myself by the way and the new ones they gave me had brown stains and more hair on them as well. Pubic hair!! I have 3 kids and we just got back at 11:30 from a long day at Disneyland and they had to wait to shower and lay down comfortably till after an hour of complaining and trying to get new sheets to the room that weren’t stained and disgusting. Had to clean the shower before use like I was housekeeping on the pay roll the whole night. They were also unwilling to refund so I just ate the cost of the second night and we left after 1 out of our 2 nights of stay because it was midnight and had nowhere else to go. Will never stay there again and I don’t recommend any families stay there.

Went to check in early in the morning (12pm ish and back at 4) no one was at the front desk and rang the bell no one came and answered. Once I did get to my room, noticed that my pillow covers were stained and bed sheets were stained as well and torn. Sink had a lot of loose hair in there and fridge was dirty.
