Horrible, nasty hotel would never stay there again

Cons:

Had two rooms both rooms infested with fruit flies and rooms dirty when first arrived. Stayed five days and room was only cleaned the first day and had to request two clean room for the last day. Front desk staff are scammers, tried to say I only put one hundred dollars deposit on two rooms when it 100 per room and I signed and gave the guy 200 dollars. At first they couldn’t find it then all of a sudden it’s found but not with the paperwork I signed.

Towels were all dirty, and stained, floor was sticky, A/C smelled pretty pretty bad, door key didn’t work, and they refused to charge us rooms

Run away!!!
Pros:

Close to Disney parks

Cons:

Dirty, very run down. Bugs, unkept, towels need to be changed, old stained on them and on sheets. Very noisy, next to a fast food where a lot of people are hanging out. If you have a room adjacent to yours with a shared door, it's like you're in the same room as them.

No breakfast!
Pros:

They should update their amenities about "breakfast included". It says breakfast 7-9am. We went to the breakfast room at 7:45 am and it was empty! No bread, one piece of banana on the table, around 5 small cupcakes on the shelf and that was it. That's not a continental breakfast. So i suggest update their amenities and do good next time with offering breakfast. Or take off breakfast if they ccnnot comply.

Would come back again.
Pros:

Love the location so close to Toy Story parking close to restaurant. The room was so big and beds where soft. They where helpful with my scooter too .

Cons:

The Jacuzzi was not warm at all.

Pros:

Excellente ubicación, puedes irte caminando a Disney, estadio de los angeles, además encuentras restaurantes cerca, 3 minutos encuentras para rentar un auto y al lado la gasolinera. El personal del servicio está dispuesto a ayudar y orientar.
