Brilliant!
Pros:

We had booked a Junior Suite and requested once at the facility to have one with a balcony. It was superb for my wife & child and me. The staff were super accommodating to all of our requests and very friendly.

Cons:

That there are no phones in the rooms and hence for any communication with the reception one would have to physically go to the reception.
