Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen - ein Traum. Personal ist sehr freundlich! Die Lage gleich an der U bahn Station HItzing ist sehr gut.

This is an excellent hotel! Incredible location, only a block or so from a metro stop, with very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast in the morning was extensive and delicious, and our room was clean and spacious. Rather than pay the high parking fees at the parking garage, we parked our car at a parking garage at the end of the metro line and then it was just a quick trip to the hotel via metro.
Location & price
Uncomfortably soft mattress and pillows caused backache
The location of the hotel is excellent, especially if you want to visit the Schönbrunn palace. Public transport stops are nearby for trips to the center.
Right from when you first walk inside, you are met with elegance and sophistication. The hotel building has a rich history and it shows, every detail is carefully selected to evoke the spirit of the imperial times. The room was cozy and we especially liked that it faced the courtyard.
The staff were really nice and helpful, always ready with a smile and a kind word. Honestly, we could go on about this hotel the whole day. We are certain that if we ever visit Vienna again (fingers crossed), we will return to this hotel.
