Großstadtflair mit Touch Sissi&Franzl, nice 😉

Zimmer sehr sauber , Fenster Richtung Innenhof und ruhig, offenes Fenster zum schlafen möglich.
Guter Haarföhn
Frühstücksbüffet, großzügige Auswahl, internationale Küche

Cons:

Öffentliche Tiefgarage mit 45€/Nacht und sehr eng
Personal beim Frühstücksbüffet teilweise am lästern über Vorgesetzte, viele grüßen nicht
Ab 7:30 war der Ansturm enorm und sehr laut

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schön, geräumig und sehr leise.
Beim Personal möchten wir besonders die Frühstücksköchin herausheben! Eine so nette und fröhliche Dame! Generell war alles in Ordnung.

Cons:

Die beiden jungen Damen im Kaffehaus sind einfach maßlos überfordert gewesen. Kein Plan, viele Wege umsonst, daraus resultierte eine schlechte Laune. Hier muss zur Unterstützung ein Profi dazu.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel älteren Jahrgangs, renovierungsbedürftig, schlechter Service

Die Lage war zentral direkt neben dem Schloss gelegen

Cons:

Hotel hat seine besten Jahre gehabt; Renovierung wäre hilfreich; Zimmer (trotz upgrade) bescheiden und älteren Jahrgangs. Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft; unserer Bitte am 1. Tag das Problem zu beheben wurde nicht entsprochen; Beschwerde am 2. Tag wurde mehr oder weniger ignoriert ("das tut uns leid" - mehr nicht).
