Air conditioning did not work properly
It was too noisy in general
he hotel is housed in a historic building that once served as a guest residence for the Austrian royal family. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, crystal chandeliers and light fixtures, and paintings in gilded frames. The atmosphere is truly remarkable, and the gently creaking parquet floors create a unique sense of connection to the past.
What impressed me most was the staff, the restaurant, and the breakfasts. The table setting is impeccable, with elegant cutlery and everything needed for both a gastronomic and aesthetic experience. The selection includes delicious hot-smoked fish, excellent fresh cottage cheese and yogurts, a wide variety of natural jams and honey, and outstanding pancakes. There is also the option to order omelets or eggs prepared to your personal preference. The bread and pastries are exceptional, the coffee is excellent, and there is a generous selection of cheeses, ham, and fresh fruits. The staff are remarkably attentive
I am very grateful for the excellent accommodation and the overall attentiveness at the hotel. However, I would like to share a few critical remarks that could help improve the hotel’s rating in the future.
The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. In the bathroom, the amenities were quite limited—there was only liquid hand soap and shower gel, but no hair conditioner or body lotion.
Although the check-out time of 12:00 is very convenient, the cleaning staff began disturbing us as early as 8:30 a.m. and came four times. In addition, a technician came for a TV update. This caused real inconvenience on our last day

My second stay here. Even though it is a big hotel, it has a unique vibe I really like. I used to stay in hotels in Inner city, but this one has very good metro connection and the Schonbrunn park for morning walks or runs is just unbeatable. Great beds, pillows and linens and very tasty breakfast...
Unavailability of body lotion
Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, Lage sehr gut (U-Bahn und Busse in 3 Minuten erreichbar), Zimmer sehr schön, sogar mit Badewanne, gute Matratzen.
Mein Zimmer war im hinteren Gebäude, sehr ruhig, mit Blick auf den Innenhof

The room is exceptionally clean and spacious. The chandeliers are absolutely stunning, and the breakfast is very rich and varied. Everyone is incredibly friendly, always smiling, and ready to help at any time.
There was perhaps a bit too much noise coming from outside, but nothing that was disturbing in the long run.
The hotel is located across the street from the entrance to the Schönbrunn Gardens, and there are many excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The second room we were in was quieter. Effective blackout curtains. The staff were helpful and accommodated our requests. Lots of well-labeled dietary allergens listed at the breakfast buffet, which was quite extensive.
We requested a quiet room, but were placed in one that faced the belltower from the church, and heard the bells ringing within 2 minutes of walking into our room. We returned to the front desk and requested a quieter room in a different part of the hotel, and the staff made that happen for us. The door to the new room did not quite seal properly, and there was light leaking in from the hallway all night. The hallways are worn and carpets stained, but the rooms and lobby were fine.

La chambre pas très agréable dans cette partie arrière du bâtiment bruyant avec valise a cause des pavés de plus une personne âgée en chaise très compliqué pour la salle de bain pas de barre de sécurité pas de douche les WC derrière la porte bref c est pas au top le petit déjeuner est bien ok
La localisation, pas trop éloigné du centre ville et dans un quartier paisible et cozy.
La disponibilité et la gentillesse des personnels.

Le bâtiment dans lequel elle se situe n'est déjà pas très accueillant, austère même comparé au bâtiment principal de l'hôtel.
La porte d'entrée fermait mal et le montant avec la gâche était cassé, de même que le verrou entre bailleur.
L'ambiance générale de la chambre, trop simple, froide, sans aucune décoration à part un vieux téléviseur LG.
Cette aile de l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un sérieux lifting!
