Pros:

O atendimento da Maria na recepção foi excelente, super atenciosa e simpática. O quarto suíte é muito confortável e limpo. Café da manhã muito bom, senti falta de ovo mexido mas as comidas estavam maravilhosas.

Pros:

Quarto espaçoso, banheiro espaçoso ( no espaço do banho tem uma banheira que pode ser um problema para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ou idosos). Tudo muito limpo, café da manhã ok. Staff atenciosos.

Great friendly hotel, interesting building
Pros:

Super friendly staff, close to station and restaurants. Interestingly renovated building, attention to green issues. Lovely breakfast

Cons:

Maybe the outside seating could be more comfortable but I would highly recommend this hotel

Pros:

Great location in the heart of Régua, close to many local shops, 5 mins to the train station, 10 mins to the Douro. Staff was super friendly and helpful in organizing a last minute wine tour and boat ride. Room was larger than expected, nice decorations, comfortable bed and working AC. Breakfast at the property was amazing with homemade items, local fruits. Was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Can definitely recommend.

Comfortable, clean and friendly hotel near to station and town centre
Pros:

Location close to station and restaurants in beautifully renovated old building. Beds really comfortable, room clean and shower good. Staff really helpful and continental breakfast lovely. Beds were made every day we were there. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Hard to find fault but not overlooking Douro river if you wanted a view although only 100m away, would still recommend.

Very nice overall.
Pros:

The reception area was very stylish and modern. The room had an older, traditional style of a building that was converted. Lots of space and nicely laid out. The staff were very welcoming and professional.

Cons:

The room was huge with high ceilings. But apart from the bed and a chair, there was nothing else. No tea or coffee facilities. No storage for clothes. Found it a bit sparse.

Lovely hotel - would 100% recommend!
Pros:

A super clean, beautifully renovated hotel with a a very comfy bed and modern facilities. Our room had a gorgeous balcony and the staff were helpful in helping us book taxis. A two-minute walk to the train station as well. Would recommend as the best choice in town.

Cons:

Nothing!

Only quick notes: Not a huge amount of clothes storage. Also breakfast is continental - which we really enjoyed - but just flagging for anyone expecting hot food.

Espetacular !
Pros:

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Fátima, e depois por todo o Staff.
O quarto era confortável e limpo.
Pequeno almoço também é muito bom.

Para pessoas grandes, talvez a casa de banho seja pequena, mas nos atendeu muito bem.

Das Original Douro- Platz zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Dass dieses Hotel nur 2 Sterne in der Hotelkategorie hat, ist nicht nachzuvollziehen. So sensibel und dem historischen Gebäude angepasst ist die hochwertige Renovierung bis ins Detail. Zimmer hell und freundlich, wir hatten sogar einen hübschen Balkon, Betten hervorragend, groß und sehr angenehm. Schon wie wir empfangen wurden macht Freude und Lust auf den Aufenthalt. Eine gut ausgestattete Bar mit schönem Ambiente, Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl runden das Wohlbefinden ab. Die Lage ist gut. Fußläufig etwa 5 Minuten zum Douro. Parkplätze muss man in der Umgebung suchen, oder das etwas weiter gelegene Parkhaus nutzen. Das Original Douro - wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.
