Charme et confort, avec quelques réserves.
Pros:

Charmante chambre pleine de caractère dans un magnifique bâtiment ancien restauré avec goût. Les hauts plafonds apportent beaucoup de cachet, tandis que la décoration minimaliste crée une atmosphère élégante et apaisante. La literie est d'excellente qualité et particulièrement confortable. anquillité. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec des produits frais, bio et de qualité, un véritable plus pour le séjour.
Malgré la situation sur une rue principale, l'isolation est remarquable, garantissant calme et tranquillité tout au long du séjour.

Cons:

Le principal point faible est la salle de bain, très petite et très basique, qui contraste fortement avec le charme de la chambre. La douche est également exiguë et l'espace est limité. À cela s'ajoute la présence de portes communicantes avec les chambres voisines, ce qui peut réduire l'intimité et l'isolation phonique.

Grande hotel, só depois que chegamos que entendi o nome: Original Douro Hotel
Pros:

Café da manhã excepcional, recepcionistas muito atenciosos e ajudaram bastante a acertarmos nossos passeios. Instalações muito interessantes e principalmente a reforma pela qual o predio passou, que adequou uma edificação antiga e histórica a uma hospedagem moderna sem descaraterizar a beleza do antigo.

Riesiges Zimmer in altehrwürdigem, modernisiertem Gebäude
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einer Geschäftsstraße mit kostenpflichtigen, aber preiswerten Parkbuchten. Das alte Hotelgebäude mit den hohen Räumen wurde vor einigen Jahren saniert und modernisiert und besitzt dadurch den Charme von Geschichte und Moderne gleichzeitig (wie z.B. Parkettboden, Stuckdecke im Zimmer und moderne Fenster). Nach außen ist es gut schallisoliert, im Innern jedoch recht hellhörig. Eingangshalle und Flure sind ebenfalls stilvoll eingerichtet.
Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht, es gab bei der Ankunft jedoch nur ein Bett plus Schlafcouch. Da wir uns bereiterklärten, die Schlafcouch zu nutzen, war das Problem dann schnell gelöst.
Das große Badezimmer fanden wir toll ausgestattet, auch mit genügend Ablageflächen.
Das reichhaltige Frühstück fanden wir sehr gut.
Die Mitarbeiter/innen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und sind auf unsere Wünsche bereitwillig eingegangen. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

In dem sehr großen Raum stehen praktisch nur das große Bett (mitten im Raum) und durch eine Abtrennung die Schlafcouch dahinter (Kopf an Kopf) sowie ein paar Stühle, eine Kofferablage und eine Kleiderstange. Für einen Schreibtisch und eine Kommode o.ä. als Ablageflächen wäre mehr als genug Platz.
Die Damen beim Frühstücksservice sollten aus eigener Initiative etwas zügiger auffüllen und die Tische für die nächsten Frühstücksgäste frei machen.
Die Musik vom Band, die den ganzen Tag und nachts in Dauerschleife dudelt, sollte abends und für die Nacht aus eigener Initiative abgestellt werden, damit die Gäste in den Zimmern direkt über dem Foyer dem nicht so permanent ausgesetzt sind.
