Will never book again
Pros:

What is there to like once your room does not feel like comfort that throws everything off

Cons:

Staff when checking in was not friendly she spoke to me like I was her homegirl etc room carpet was dirty bathroom was not clean when I reach out to check in they advise that housekeeping only comes every 2 days overall I will never recommend this place

My family and friends really enjoyed staying at the Hotel. Clean, modern and a very nice breakfast the following morning.

The rooms were well appointed with fridge and microwave and very clean.

Cons:

Major issue is that you have to CALL for the free airport shuttle. This is NOT STATED on their website and my phone which usually roams did not roam when I arrived at the airport. It cost me $35 to get to the hotel. And the distance from Dolphin and International Mall was about $20 by uber so not as close as expected.

Not impressed w the shuttle service
Pros:

Cons:

Online said they shuttle from airport free until 1030. I called at 1013 for a shuttle and they said they stop at 10 so had to pay $50 for a taxi!
