Razonable la estancia, pero hay muchas maneras para mejorarla.

Buena variedad pero extrana la manera de llegar al restaurante, hay un problema en el diseno del hotel

Buen desayuno, buen servicio
Pros:

Lo que me gustó mas fue la atención de la gente. Hicieron un upgrade por un malentendido en la categoría de la habitación. Tiene un hermoso paisaje en las habitaciones mas altas.. Había carimañolas en el desayuno y muchas posibilidades en el Buffet lo cual me pareció especial. Es un hotel muy cercano al aeropuerto y a Zona E donde yo iba a un evento. La comida del restaurante muy buena. El Hotel está bien ubicado si necesitas estar cerca del aeropuerto o de Llanogrande. No de Medellín.

Cons:

Las habitaciones "Superiores" en esta cadena son pequeñas y básicas y eso hay que tenerlo en cuenta porque en algún momento es confuso y sorpresivo. Vi un Shuttle al aeropuerto que no pude aprovechar por la falta de información. Tenía un evento en Zona E que es muy cerca y no es culpa del hotel pero el transporte es costoso. Ir en Cabify me costó $50.000 en un trayecto de menos de 1 kilómetro. Y De venida tomé un Uber en $10.000. Así que la ubicación si hace el transporte costoso Desde el Aeropuerto a 3,5Km $50.000. Hay que averiguar el Shuttle con antelación.

Overall, I was happy with the stay at Hotel Lagoon. Modern and clean facility, friendly staff.
Pros:

The buffet style breakfast was adequate. I like the variety of juice, fruit, bread, etc.
Location is very convenient for me as it's close to Zona Franca within 10-15 minutes' drive.
Staff work hard to make guests happy. The room and overall facility are kept clean.

Cons:

Soundproof is lacking as I can hear people next door (or even a few rooms apart) talking inside as well as people talking in the hallway. The hotel should also consider a policy for the pool's daily close time to be 9 pm so that other guests can have a good rest without being disturbed by late evening pool parties.
