Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns perfekt. Wir haben 2 Nächte dort verbracht um uns Rionegro und Guatapé anzusehen.
Die Nähe zum Flughafen empfanden wir bei der Anreise als sehr komfortabel.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Essen im Restaurant, sowohl abends als auch das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut!

Cons:

Leider war das W-LAN sehr schlecht und gerade wenn man arbeiten möchte und den Co Working Space nutzen wollte und es aufgrund der schlechten Internetverbindung nicht möglich war, ist dies ärgerlich. In unsere Suite brach das Internet ständig ab. Wir haben dies auch gemeldet aber uns wurde nur gesagt, wir sollten dann das Internet in der Lobby nutzen. Dort war es tatsächlich stabil.
Die Suite war schön, leider sind die Fenster nicht schallisoliert, sodass man LKW‘s von der Straße, als auch die Flugzeuge hört.
Wir hatten eine Küche in unser Suite, leider waren die Schränke komplett leer. Kein Glas, kein Löffel nichts…

Descanse y fui muy bien atendida por el personal. Y la comida del restaurante muy bien!

Super clean, quiet, great place to rest after a long flight.
Pros:

I choose this property as it is convenient to Medellin airport. It’s perfect for late arrivals win. You’re traveling to a destination beyond in Colombia.

What an amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond — friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to every detail. A special shout-out to Jose from the restaurant, who was always greeting us with a smile and was so attentive to everything we needed. The room service team was wonderful too, always checking in and asking if there was anything else we needed. The manager, Eduardo, even introduced himself and gave me his business card to help with my next booking, adding a personal touch. Wow! It's rare to find this level of care and hospitality. Highly recommend — we'll definitely be back!
