Pros:

I did not like a single thing about it. Host did not respect our reservation via Booking as she had already proceeded to rent our room. We were left to wander around the neighborhood looking for a place to stay last-minute. When we asked around, we were told that the host has built a reputation of doing the exact same thing in the past.

Cons:

I booked my stay in Casa Impacto through Booking to have a place to rest before and after the Cali Half Marathon. However once I arrived, I was informed that there were no rooms left for me and my two friends. It did not matter that I had made my reservation via Booking as the host was dismissive of my situation and even recognized that the same thing had happened to other 4 guests that very same day. She then mocked and said I should relax because that way thing would turn alright. I am colombian and was very disappointed to see this kind of service in one of our most important cities. This place should be removed from Booking.com since they do not respect reservations. Do NOT book a room here as you are likely to be left tired, wandering around town looking for a place to crash.

Safe parking for my bike

Cons:

You don’t get a key to get in and out. You need to send a text or ring the bell each time. Good for security I suppose.

Pros:

House was lovely like the hostess. Unfortunately no A/C as well as no hot water, otherwise I would have stayed. There was also the matter that 4 keys had to be used to get to and from the entrance if the ptooerty n some keys woukd jammed.
