Cons:

Had to pay for late check out because I asked in advance. 2 guest that I was traveling with asked at check in for that check out and they did not have to pay a fee. Same policy across the board would be nice. Also coffee lounge staff was rude and watching videos on his phone while taking our order.

Nous avons été très déçus par l attitude de l’hôtesse lors du Check out qui a gâché notre séjour. Lors du check out elle nous dit « tout est ok, cela sera prélevé sur votre carte » sans nous donner de facture. Nous lui avons demandé la facture pour vérifier et là elle à finis par nous la donner et à notre grande surprise sur deux chambres cela ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions signé pour facturer. On lui a demandé de corriger et on lui a montré qu il y avait des erreurs. On avait gardé la photo des papiers signés. Elle n a jamais voulu et a dit qu’il fallait envoyer un mail pour réclamer. Résultat de l opération des prestations excessives du petit déjeuner qui ont été facturées et une hôtesse qui n’a pas voulu corriger les erreurs malgré les preuves et en plus nous a traité avec hauteur

Amazing staff and amazing facility.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. We were on the bottom floor with a view of a courtyard. They had live music at the restaurant and we enjoyed listening to it. We had an event at the Convention Center across the street and was great for us being across the street.

Cons:

The frig and table was full of drinks and snacks that you had to pay for if you wanted. It took up too much space in the frig.
