隣室の騒音が台無しにした。他は全て素晴らしかったのに、残念。

スタッフの対応は素晴らしかった。居室も設備、家具等は申し分なかった。

Cons:

隣室の話し声や物音が気になって、２泊とも夜中に目が覚めた。静かな夜は特に音が気になった。敏感な方にはおすすめできない。

Improve breakfast & be perfect!
Pros:

Location, room and staff were wonderful. So helpful and friendly and with convenient money exchange. Nice balcony in room and just a nice place

Cons:

Sorry but breakfast was a huge disappointment. Have stayed in multiple Double Trees, and this one let us down. Breakfast was poor. The so called western breakfast was not good. Also no buffet, delivered to table, making it worse. 3 days into stay, we were advised that breakfast restaurant would be closed and only room service breakfast for rest of our stay. We had a great room, but table was small with only 1 chair. I ordered a specific breakfast, but not what I ordered and again it was poor.

The best
Pros:

Location is the best…. for shopping both local brands and International luxury brands… a stone throw away from big shopping malls with many restaurants. And if that still not satisfy you, you can easily head to MRT station.

Cannot think of any 😄

An ideal place to stay in Taipei
Pros:

The hotel is great and the staff are excellent. We relocated from another hotel and were very glad we did - the welcoming staff and comfort of the room were perfect.

Cons:

The breakfast (both Western and Chinese options) was surprisingly bad. I'm pretty sure a Hilton in Taipei could do much better. We later stayed at a remote, independent hotel in the south of Taiwan and they managed to pull together a much better, varied and healthier breakfast.
