Very clean, comfortable. The location is perfect. Walking distance from restaurants and malls. I booked my stay through booking and it came with complementary breakfast which I thought it was delicious. The view from the restaurant is nice.

En el desayuno. La atencion del mesero fue fatal, mi novio preguntó por algo de la barra de cereales y lácteos, y la ignoró hablando por celular, finalmente ella no consumió por no tener claridad en su duda.
Tambien al mismo mesero le oimos decir que la barra buffet estaba escasa de alimentos. Porque ese dia las cosas venian del dia anterior, y que no habian muchas cosas nuevas. Que era por eso. Y nos pareció pesimo comentario.

Servicio de atención por la recepcionista pésimo no tiene tacto , sus costos son exagerados y es el único hotel que no cuentan con un servicio de lavandería , aparte que sus parqueaderos son muy pequeños mal diseñados , la habitación del baño olía muy mal y el jacuzzi no servía me parece un costo muy elevado de la habitación del hotel para lo que realmente ofrecen

La atención de las personas fue amable, en especial de las personas que ayudan con el equipaje.
No me gustó que había personas en el Oxxo bebiendo licor y eso generaba sensación de inseguridad.
No me gustó el horario de la piscina pues llegaba a las 6 pm y a las 7pm ya la cerraban.
No me gusto que nunca hubo agua caliente en la ducha, había agua muy fría y menos fría, pero NO CALIENTE, y aunque fui a informar en primer día de estancia no hubo NINGÚN cambio, ya había leído en comentarios del hotel el mismo problema.
No me gustó que en el contrato que uno firma al ingreso se lee un número de toallas, y cerveza de cortesía y cuando llegue a la habitación las toallas eras menos y no había cerveza de cortesía, lo que me disgusta es que uno firma un contrato y es molesto que toque estar reclamando por lo que dice el papel en vez de cumplirlo desde un principio.
