Tivemos que canxelar e foi tudo bem, apesar do transtorno

Quarto grande, com varanda e elevado potencial quando concluírem a reforma.
Decidimos cancelar a hospedagem por questao de uma infiltração grande que houve no quarto, e estava com obra pendente, o que deixou péssimo aspecto nas paredes e teto, embolotados, raspados e com aparência de "mofado".
Tentaram vaga noutra hospedagem da rede e não conseguiram, mas ao menos aceitaram o cancelamento sem cobrar taxas, o que no final, foi positivo, pois achamos no Booking outra hospedagem.

Cons:

Decidimos cancelar a hospedagem por questao de uma infiltração grande que houve no quarto, e estava com obra pendente, o que deixou péssimo aspecto nas paredes e teto, embolotados, raspados e com aparência de "mofado". Isso nao foi informado na reserva e nem havia nas fotos estes detalhes
