Pros:

Rooms were spacious for the most part. The staff was very friendly and helpful..

Cons:

The bathroom could have been a bit larger. The water temperature in the shower varied. One day I ended up with a cold shower The water coming out of the sink faucet had a smell.

Pros:

I like everything the staff was very friendly breakfast was okay but good and the room was awesome

Cons:

The thing I didn't like was that they never said anything about my pet and later I found a charger for my pet and also for the parking they should tell you about this so you can be prepared but other than that everything else was great

It’s was great besides the loud guest at night around bed time.

Cons:

Loud guest on the same hall and above my room. I couldn’t sleep was woking up out of my sleep

Best in South Lakeland, FL!
Pros:

Everything. Such a comfy place and perfect location. Easy on/off to hwy570/polk parkway. walk to entire lakeside village for dinner, shopping, and night cap at brads tap.
Breakfast-Excellent! Staff-Always Friendly!

Cons:

very minor details like window shades are crumpled. some caulking in the bathrooms.
nothing that really jumps out but ive stayed here 4 times in 2025. (writing in december 25)
these ‘dislikes’ are More than made up for with the overall cleanliness and value/convenience of staying here.
