Personnel à l'accueil très professionnel et aimable

Cons:

Le nettoyage dans la chambre n'a pas été fait 1 jour/2 comme annoncé. Les serviettes n'ont pas été changées et les poubelles n'ont pas été vidées.

El personal es grosero, ni mira a la cara con quien habla.
No hacían el housekeeping ni aun solicitándolo.
El desayuno sucio y con 3 o 4 cosas de pésima calidad.
Olor a marihuana en los pasillos.

Pésima atención al cliente

La actitud de la persona que nos hizo el check in, nos cobraron 3 días de parqueo cuando indicamos que era solo 1 y estamos esperando respuesta porq llamamos y dijeron q esperamos 20 min, enviamos un correo y no contestan tampoco, pésimo! No nos han solucionado el problema

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación es tal cual como se muestran en las imágenes.
Está limpio
El desayuno no es muy variado pero, está bien.
La estación del metro está a 4 o 5 cuadras.
A una cuadra hay un súper
La habitación cuenta con microondas, refrigerador, platos, cucharas, tostador.
En general todo bien con el hotel.
Si me volvería a hospedar en él.

Cons:

Estuvimos 5 dias y nunca hicieron el aseo en la habitación y nos cambiaron las toallas una vez.
Solo 2 veces pasaron a sacar la basura del cuarto y la segunda vez lo tuve que pedir.
Pero solo llegábamos a dormir, entonces tratabamos de mantener limpia la habitación.
El desayuno no es muy variado pero está bien.
