The location was so good and we loved the Ambar restaurant downstairs! The storage and the kitchenette were exactly what we needed for our 5 night stay!
Very close to everything and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too, they switch it up everyday. Lobby has a nice sitting area with a fireplace.

The wifi was down a few times. The breakfast was ok not more. But it worked.

For a five-night stay, I checked in to find only two packs of coffee to brew in the room. I asked housekeeping, called the front desk, talked to the front desk, etc. I was told to go to the lobby for coffee there, but I was working in my room and never planned to leave any day of my stay prior to 12 noon.
Finally, on day 4, housekeeping knocked for the first time ever. She asked if I needed anything, so I told her my desperation for coffee for the room. She somehow tracked down two packets and brought them to me. Finally!
The hall outside my room was littered with scraps of paper, and I could tell it had not been vacuumed once while I was there.
My television did not work: NO SIGNAL! Actually, I was too busy to watch t.v, but I did want to catch the evening news.

The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. My room was never cleaned for 3 days. They promised to refund part of cleaning money, 80$ but didn’t. I am still waiting on my credit card.

Property was run down looking. Our elevator keys would not work and had to get new ones every day. The included breakfast ran out of juice and food. Not up to the standard that we are you used to with a Hilton property. Our first time at a Home 2 Suites and will probably never go to one again. Staff was just ok
Café da manhã bom, bem estilo americano (diferente do que estamos acostumados) mas atendeu bem a nossa necessidade. Pessoal da recepção bem atencioso. Tem lugar pra guardar as malas sem custo depois do check out. Localização excelente, próximo a estações de metrô.
Nice location, close to services, transportation and restaurants. Walkable even in the early morning. Well connected via CTA and bus to the McCormick Convention Center
Outdated, the rooms need a good refresh and a thorough cleaning. Bed linen were the cheapest I have ever seen in my life. Upon arrival, the shampoo and conditioner had run out (small things that show how little attention management pays to detail - it takes 5 seconds for the cleaners to refill them). The kitchen is actually just a (large) fridge and a (large) microwave, with two plates, a few cups, and barely any utensils.
The location was great. Easy access to the subway and buses. Walking distance to Magnificent Mile and restaurants. Staff was friendly.
The bed was not comfy, definitely not the Hilton beds we’re used to. It was also concave in the center.
I got free late check out, which was "life saver" thank you!. Kitchen is nice in the room. Location close to "all". Fresh oranges and apples on breakfast and pancake machine. "King suite with view" was on 15th floor, nice view. Room spacious! Only staff member who gave you smile was concierge on ground floor. But we had great stay afterall.
From reception they told us cleaning lady will come on day after, nobody came, until on 4rd day i asked to take out trash.Dirty dishes from previous guest..and clean dishes were not clean at all, we had to wash all those before use. Shampoo dispenser was broken, conditioner was empty. I asked from reception, cleaning lady cleaned all room, but still no shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast was not for our taste. Just cereal, eggs, toast etc. Coffee was extremely light and had no coffe taste.
La habitación era muy grande y cómoda. Tenía un espacio para calentar la comida y lavar los platos que resultaba muy práctico. Me gustó también el gimnasio (pequeño, pero cumplía con lo necesario) y tiene un buen desayuno.
En los días que estuve (4 días), nunca limpiaron la habitación. La habitación tenía un olor un poco a guardado.
Avisé que las sábanas estaban viejas y, sobre todo, que la silla del escritorio estaba manchada. El primer recepcionista (nocturno) me despidió sin darle importancia. El de la mañana siguiente fue mucho más amable y me tomó más en serio, pero nunca se hizo el cambio. En general fue una buena estadía y ese fue el único detalle negativo.
