Pros:

Locatie. Ruime kamers met kitchenette

Cons:

Matige hygiëne, slechte service. Tijdens 8 dagen verblijf is de kamer slechts 2x opgemaakt, supplies, handdoeken etc werden niet aangevuld, we moesten er steeds om vragen bij de receptie.

Lo único potable es la ubicación

Cons:

La atención es pésima. Ofrecen la estadía con desayuno pero es super básico (solo pan con mermelada y queso crema o hamburguesas y cafe o agua para tomar), y lo que se termina no lo reponen ni siquiera al día siguiente, iban pasando los días y cada vez había menos cosas para desayunar. Si pedías por favor si habías fruta o algo para comer en el desayuno, los mismos mozos a cargo se reían y no les importaba. Supuestamente limpiaban la habitación día por medio, la cuestión es que nunca apareció nadie para limpiar. En definitiva un desastre

Horrific Customer Service
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel and the stay was fine. Unfortunately, at no fault of the hotel, I left an item in my room. I immediately called and talked to someone who was to check and call me back. No response. I called again and the same thing happened. The third time I called, they found my item, took my info and asked me to send a pre-paid shipping label to their email and they would return my item to me. I send the email 6 times after talking to different people and it was returned as undeliverable each time. I finally talked to someone who stayed on the line and provide me with a valid email and confirmed receipt of the label. I watched my tracking and the item was never sent. I called several more times with several more messages until I reached someone a week ago. She advised me my item was released to another guest. I understand that I left it but they found it, never returned it after I sent a $15 label and then "gave it away"! Now no one will call me back. the managers voicemail is full and even Corporate told me they could not help I had to work with the hotel directly :( The lack of service and acknowledgement is unacceptable.

Na jedną lub dwie noce
Pros:

Lokacja blisko to wszystkich atrakcji Chicago oraz komunikacji miejskiej. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Popcorn za darmo przy recepcji. Możliwość zrobienia prania. Dwie pralki i dwie suszarki, proszek dostępny do kupienia w recepcji. Atmosferę Chicago można było poczuć zaraz po wyjściu z hotelu.

Cons:

Hałas w nocy - mieliśmy pokój od strony głośnej klimatyzacji - ogromne wiatraki chodzące całą noc. Spanie dla mnie tylko z zatyczkami do uszu. Prześcieradła już zużyte i do przykrycia na sofę tylko prześcieradło. Brak możliwości otwarcia okna. Ubogie śniadanie i słaba kawa.

Clean rooms, nice bathroom, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Upon arrival I was told there weren't any king suites available when that is what I booked. I was given a queen bed instead.

Cons:

The sheets and pillows had stains on them. The bed was hard as a rock and pillows were super flat. The AC barely worked and the window was broken. Breakfast was cold, old, and nasty. There also wasnt much and took forever to refill. Majority of the morning staff was friendly but the afternoon and evening staff was super mean. The front desk lady barely talked to me and was extremely rude like how dare I interrupt her to check into my room.

Wonderful Experience
Pros:

Absolutely wonderful staff! I was able to get checked in quick and the stay was wonderful. Very nice and clean. Will definitely be returning here again for our next stay!
