Good for short stays
Pros:

Location is unbeatable, the breakfast is good (nothing fancy). The only issue is that they charge you for early check in ad that the main door is unattended 85% of the time, I was actually scared to be waiting by the elevators.

Cons:

I would say the fact that they charge for early check in and the fact that the main entrance is unattended almost all day, specially at night

Awful personnel
Cons:

Recently I have booked a room at this hotel. After I had my flight cancelled, I sent a message to the staff, informing them of this. However, when I arrived, they told me the reservation had been cancelled, and they couldn't do anything about it. I explained the situation to them, and I was told they wouldn't do anything to help, and said I should sort everything out with the Booking platform. Horrible, entitled staff.

Cumplio mis expectativas con precio razonable
Pros:

habitacion super completa, el restaurant de abajo muy recomendable. Personal que me recibio por la noche muy atento, el resto normal

Cons:

en el desayuno no habia yoghurt dentro de la oferta la mayoria de los dias que estuve, solo un dia

La ubicación

En 9 días que nos alojamos para 4 personas en una habitación 1 día se hizo limpieza y fue porque llamamos enojados, solo hicieron la cama no se aspiró nunca, no sacaron la basura, algunas de las cobijas tenían manchas y agujeros se notaba el desgaste

Es desayuno no era variado, la estación era muy pequeña, se forman colas para poder servirse y al llegar ya no había comida, para la cantidad de personas alojadas eran muy pocas las mesas y el espacio destinado para el desayuno era muy reducido, el personal a cargo del desayuno se enojaban al momento de servirse más de un ingrediente.

En cuanto a las personas de recepción la única persona amable era Mark

La ubicación de nuestra habitación estaba a un costado de una ventana que daba a la calle y era el espacio que usaban para fumar y no cigarrillos así que el olor era incómodo y desagradable ya que teníamos niños y se quejaban del olor

Si volvemos a Chicago no lo tomaríamos en cuenta para nuestra estancia

Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias

Cons:

El personal muy poco amable y poco colaborativos con el cliente, adicional no cuentan con parqueadero propio y si uno se pasa un poco del tiempo no te ayudan y te hacen pagar toda la noche

Conforto, praticidade e preço justo
Pros:

Excelente localização, facilitando muito os deslocamentos e passeios. O formato do quarto é muito bom, bem distribuído e confortável. Tudo estava em excelente estado e limpo. O café da manhã é simples, mas quebra bem o galho e atende às necessidades. Atendimento bom, equipe atenciosa e prestativa. E o preço também muito bom, com ótimo custo-benefício. Tivemos uma ótima experiência e voltaríamos com certeza.
