Pros:

La ubicación es ideal para ir a conocer Guimarães ya que estás a 10 minutos en coche. Soy cliente repetidor y con tiempo el hotel a ido a peor, las instalaciones están viejas, gastadas y rotas. La cama es dura como una piedra, las paredes son de papel se escucha todo, el check in es de 15:00 a 18:00 si llegas después te dejan las llaves en unas cajas de seguridad. La recepción ha ido a peor la amabilidad de antes ya no está! No te cogen el teléfono y contestan en el mostrador con pocas ganas. Y desayuno es pobre

Las habitaciones están viejas, sucias y gastadas. La cama es de piedra, las paredes son de papel, y el desayuno es pobre. La recepción no hay mucha amabilidad

El personal ha sido super majo, la limpieza es diaria y todo impecable. Hay sitio para aparcar, el desayuno es rica y hay variedad suficiente. Cerca de la ciudad. El WiFi es fuerte y rápido. Tiene comodidades: tele con múltiples canales en varios idiomas, mantas de repuesto, restaurante hasta las 18 horas...

Cons:

Las almohadas son bajitas y algo incómodas.
